Is it possible to filter out skills which current char doesn't have without creating profiles ? I'm playing almost all classes and Skill Cooldowns list looks a bit too long when I logged all my chars :)
That's the whole point of the profile system. Optimally, you would login to each char, and change the profile to something other than default.. I will see about some tweaks though to reduce the list for default..
Couldn't you make the addon default to class-based profiles?
Well, I still need many things same for all chars (items cd for example) also cds groups layout is same. If I do different profiles for all chars that's will be a lot of repeating work.
And I just don't see any point to show skills for other classes.

Thats exactly what I have done. Delete SavedVariables again, and download rev 49055. It now defaults to Class, instead of Default in the profile option. Sorry if this doesn't make it much easier for you Gregory, but it's better than the way it was before...

Also, you _could_ copy the profiles of other chars.. into separate character profiles.. I will make one more change that will fix this.. I will put skill cooldowns into class-specific profiles
Not yet. I am able to reproduce it, but that is all so far. I just found out im going to be a father for the 2nd time, so I'll have even less time to look at it now, but I will still work on it.
In other news, profiles are now fixed. Your skill cooldowns for one character will now only show up on that character. The profiles still work, and an improvement, the hunter traps now default to only showing on hunters, and shaman shocks now default to only showing on shamen (in the condense groups section)..
Any other issues, report 'em here as usual, and as soon as I get a chance, I will look into them.
It's easier to live with insane long skill list than add all potions to Potions condense group for all chars :) And you can't copy _part_ of profile. Dunno what is wrong with old setup it was pretty clean and easy to configure :(

All potions were in the potions condense group for all characters prior to me even taking over the addon. I can't please everyone, and the problem with the old setup is that it gave the impression that the profiles could be changed when they couldnt. I agree that we dont need every potion listed, so I am going to remove all of the potions from the defaults. I had no complaints about it before, so I assumed that everyone was happy with it that way, which is why I hadn't changed it.
I'm sorry if this pisses anyone else off, but you will need to add potions and explosives back to their respective groups manually, as you discover which ones share cooldowns.
Just tested with 2.2, everything works for me, and blizz fixed a bug that was on their end that plagued this addon, regarding scaling and cutting off the last word of the announce text. I've bumped the TOC version to 20200, so it isnt out of date anymore. If you run into any problems, let me know.
Is it planned to add some options to:
_ use abbreviated spell name ("Cloak of Shadow" => "CoS"),
_ don't show the spell name in bar (there is the icon),
_ lower the bar height under 16 pixels

There werent before, but I'll look at what it would take to put them in and get back to you.
-Alpha on the icon: Most likely
-Borders: Most likely
-Cooldown text is obtained from the skill name, but when I get around to rewriting the whole thing as a new addon, I'll see what I can do
-Remove the bars seems like it should be a different addon though, I may do it in the rewrite as well. There have been several requests for it.

I believe Tranquility also falls in the realm of not showing up.
Every time I log in my color settings always have Green added to them. I have to change it to red red every time and when I log in its always red red green. Is this intended and is there a way I can stop it from happening?

D'OH! It's because of the way I setup the colors again in the latest release. Sorry about that. I'll get a fix out momentarily.
For future reference, in case I break it again, as well as in the mean time, you could most likely do "red red red"..
EDIT: Fixed. Default colors are now yellow green, to make them more visually appealing, while also allowing you to specify only 2 colors (you can still do 2 of the same color to have no fade). Download revision 50340
For Tranqility & Innervate to show up I had to increase the Max Time as the Default is 300s and both are longer than that.
This fixed that issue for me.
Also a quick feature request.
Where an item has to be equiped for it's cooldown to make any sense can there be an option to hide the cooldown if it isn't equiped? I have four trinkets that can't be running at the same time. When I trigger one I get all four on cooldown for the duration of the buff which isn't ideal. particularly as this usually means the notification if for a trinket I don't care about coming off cooldown. Even if this was just for trinkets it would still be handy

Ok, so the max time needs to be raised again.. Thanks for that. I think I'm going to just raise it to 1hr so it will get the hearthstone and all spells/abilities, and if anyone wants to not show the hearthstone, they can set it in their settings..
As for the trinkets, it is a side effect of equipping one. Unfortunately the workaround is big, complicated and ugly. I plan on putting it into the rewrite (which will have a different name), but not in this one. Sorry about that.
Basically for those that want the details, trinkets have 2 cooldowns.. One when you equip, which is usually shared with other trinkets, and one when you use, which is usually shared with other trinkets of the same type (eg, one that gives you AP on use will share with another that does the same, but not one that gives you crit on use)..
I cannot seem to find the option to unhide the drag boxes. Please advise :)
Also "Pulse on hit" is funky with the spell Blink, it sometimes works and sometimes don't but mostly the latter. I suspect it's because the spell is called Blink not Blink(Rank N).
further more it could be nice if you could assign an icon for Condense groups to use, or even a group of icons.
To unhide the drag boxes, you must unlock each group.. Right click on the CDT icon, go to group settings, select a group, and uncheck the locked option.
I had been trying to track down why pulse on hit wasn't working all the time, and didnt even think it might be related to ranks.. thx, I am going to check that out now...

So here goes:
Delete savedvars *again*, and download rev 49138
_ use abbreviated spell name ("Cloak of Shadow" => "CoS"),
_ don't show the spell name in bar (there is the icon),
_ lower the bar height under 16 pixels

- Control the alpha
- Add borders
- Control cool down text
- Remove cooldown bar things so the cooldown is just the icon
