Scorchio! is an Ace2 scorch debuff manager for fire mages with 3/3 Improved Scorch.
Features include:
* Moveable, scaleable, etcerable multiple candy bars for tracking the debuff on multiple mobs
* In group/raid syncing (optional - why be notified when a mage at the other end of AV scorches up something?)
* Combat log parsing so not all mages in the group need the add-on for your numbers to be accurate
* Blacklist mages without Imp Scorch so their casts don't confuse your numbers
* Fade warning and expiration messages sent via Sink-1.0 to your favourite output
* Indication when someone else is scorching a particular mob

Scorchio! can be now downloaded from files.wowace.com or accessed through the WowAce SVN server.
Are you taking into account that the "Fire vulnerability" debuff can be resisted but the scorch not? Moreover, last I checked, the fire vulnerability was not displayed in the combat log once the debuff reached full cap, though this may have changed as well.
Just a couple pieces to consider. (figures an addon like this would come out after I spec away from fire...)

At the moment, no, thought it's on the todo list. (Actually, what's on the todo list is to check the debuffs of your target using UnitDebuff() in order to try and help differentiate same-named targets, but I will also use this to verify Scorchio!'s assumed figures.)
I've been away over the weekend, but expect a public beta release some time this week.
A mod that reliably has a timer for both scorch stacks you start and stacks that other mages start would be a godsend. It's the only addon gap that I've been unable to fill.

Actually, I'm 98% sure that this is no longer the case. They changed it so that if the scorch lands, the Fire Vulnerability debuff does as well. It used to be able to resist seperately, but not anymore.
not doing anything for me, even my own scorches wont show
OK. I know what the problem is and I'm working on fixing it. In the meantime, joining a party should fix it, and if that doesn't, joining a party and then selecting "Rebuild" from the Blacklist options should do the trick.
EDIT: OK. This should now be fixed. The default installation was automatically blacklisting the player until they'd joined a party. I've put a little kludge in to fix this now. The new commit should work fine.
Option to turn off the "Fire Vulnerability expired on <target>" in your chat frame.
Option to turn off the bar that sticks after your debuff expires.
Bar color, background color, width, height etc. options.
Also, some sort of option that allows you to choose how to display text on the bar would be awesome, or more specifically some way to make it look like the following screenshot. This is purely personal since I can't stand timer bars that show the time remaining before the actual debuff name.
Option to turn off the "Fire Vulnerability expired on <target>" in your chat frame.
Set Output to "None".

I guess the idea is that it sticks around to remind you to rescorch. I'll add an option for it not to do that sooon.

Will add further bar customisation options soon.

@Dinosys: I think you problem comes from not having PaintChips-2.0. I'm struggling with getting it to load as an embedded library at the moment, but if you install PaintChipsLib from files.wowace.com it should work for you until then.

Added further configuration options for customisation of the bars.
You can now customise width, height, scale, foreground colour, background colour, visibility and placement of an icon and the texture of the bars.
Removed Alpha from baroptions. Use the alpha setting in the foreground and background colour configuration now.
Added option to change persistence of bars from an immediate disappearance through a 30 second fade time to permanance (until you go out of combat).
Changed storage of baroptions. This will reset you personal settings on this upgrade. Sorry.
Removed dependency on PaintChips-2.0 (I hope)

Best of luck.

It's unlikely to be another mod - Scorchio! just doesn't do anything complex enough to clash with anything else... :-)
Try typing "/scorch debug sync" and then scorching a few things up. Do you get any information show in your chat window there?
also getting the warning now after reinstall, but no bar
Does you get some test bars if you type "/scorch baroptions anchor" ?

Excellent, I totally missed the "Output" option, I'll put it to Parrot since it's actually pretty useful to know when a debuff runs out. Thanks a lot.
