just noticed this StatBlock clock shows up as StatBlock_Latency under ACP & addon menu
Fixed
Other problem i have is the Grey area around the block stops you from positioning each block at the edge of the screen
I'll look into a solution for this.
feature Requests
Font Size - way to small hurts your ryes
better positioning x,y
Text Colour - sorry but i find the blocks hard to read at 1280x1024
Did you look at the config? /sb
Justification left/right/center
No, you can just as easily move the block around.
Option to set seporator on clock
Parenting
AM/PM indicators on the clock module
Will look into these

fyi, it's drycoded, and hackish...just threw it togeather for kicks.
Feel free to work on it, I'm no DogTag user.

This is a thing i will give a try :)
Before i do it, can you plz tell me if statblocks is planned to finally act as a display/config "library" as fubar was for most of the Ace2 addons?
Do you want to ask devs to follow a "naming policy" for statblocks plugins?
I know having 1hundred statblocks_whatiam on the svn can be quite stupid, but it is really helpfull to filter out all of the svn stuff ^^
I hope you can clearly understand all that i mean,
And thanks for the time you gave to this addon ^^
No, it's not a library, and the naming scheme is StatBlocks_*
Ok well im looking at it again under the config menu scale i not do not like it for changing font size it as it is effected by that Grey block what i really don't like. so the current way of changing the font size is quite bad imo
I didn't describe what i meant more by the colour settings as good as i could
example: 100FPS
sorry but under SB im seeing a max of 4 options per module nothing about anything ive requested at all
- Core: major API changes:
:New(module, name, height, width)
:Color(module, block, r, g, b)
:Lock(module, block)
:Scale(module, block, scale)
Added :Reset(module, block, fontstring)
- Clock: Add AM/PM for 12 hour format
- All Blocks: Add reset function, now movable outside of the screen, Increased default font size

I'm not sure I want to add that kind of coloring, I'll try think of a simple way of doing it.
thank you for making the changes on the blocks so you can position them more near the edge of the screen. (with that change i do agree no point in justification of text) For me it makes it alot less irritating since you posted a beta before its the one thing what put me off using this on my main. Im still holding hope for X/Y positioning and also being able to choose the separator on the clock to :
Terak: from what you keep describing (except for the stat blocks like crit, etc) it sounds like you keep describing the SL addons. Same plugins, same options, color choices, etc. Mods shouldn't be carbon-copies of eachother, but be different and be alternatives. Find what you like and use it.

I've never used SL but code wise SB is much simpler, I assume SL has more features, but SB is focused on being basic.

Oh, need to mention. SmartBuff already uses /sb as its command to bring up its config options. If possibly provide an alternate slash command to bring up the config? /sblock /sblk or some such. Thanks.
StatBlocks ideas:
StatBlocks_MiniMap Buttons : have all your minimap buttons on the Block
StatBlocks_DPS
Would actually like to see something like StatBlocks_Fubar to hold the icons for tooltips info, but ya I know thats just a pipe dream / stretch.

Added /statblocks
StatBlocks_DPS
Could be interesting, but best left until after 2.4
Yes they are, but only for Text, not for background.
Was PEBCAC though, i wanted transparent background but
did not try to lock a block and therefore i did not
see that they white-grayish background turns transparent.
I was just wondering: Why not do "tag"-based block building? For example, you create a new block and then you just use a tag to return that information (sort of like dog tags). For example:
[Time:(Server/Local):Color]
If you could implement a tag system, perhaps one compatible with certain dog tags (text, color, etc), then that would reduce the overall add-on's complexity while leaving a bunch more options and eliminating the need for a new "module".
Just an idea. I'd be happy with a plug-in or module that does that. >.<
I don't really get the hype over this and why its being called an Ace3 'FuBar like' core. If the blocks aren't aware of each other and all it does is provide a frame and a fontstring then its hardly 'FuBar like' since it has a very specific function and not nearly as user friendly as FuBar. Considering the tendencies of some to jump on new things for the wrong reasons I think putting the terms 'Ace3' and 'FuBar' together isn't a good idea.

How does the fact they are not aware of each other negate it from being FuBar like? it has many aspects of FuBar such as the plugins choice, the same textual display, and in the future even icons, and possibly tooltips and OnClick scripts.
- RGB and/or Hex Color selection.
- Snap-to movement (snap to other blocks).
- Resize blocks height/width via text boxes (pixels).
- Use default profile by default.

Yeah good ideas for Blocks.
Updated TODO:
Removed localization compat (added in)
Added Icons next to text(inc after 2.4)

New blocks today: XP, ArenaRating, Money
color for each block is hardcoded to white:
And the only color change possible looks to be for the text:
Any chance for a color picker? Hacking the lua files to just
change the color each time i update this addon is kind of ...
well yeah, i'm lazy. ;P
Far too big for what I need.
Color pickers are in the blocks.

Features I'd love to see implemented:
- background color/alpha changing
- x,y positioning
- global text/bg coloring
- RGB and/or Hex Color selection.
- Snap-to movement (snap to other blocks).
- Resize blocks height/width via text boxes (pixels).
- Use default profile by default.
