Since I switched to version with separate skins I have a problem with default ( i use bartender 3 ) buttons styles 'picking through' the cyCircled buttons textures if the cyCriled buttons are smaller then the Bartender textures. This only happens to Bartender buttons, not autobar buttons for example.
Vol cyCircled and Zoomed style bartender:
Serenity cyCircled and Default style bartender:
Vol cyCircled and Zoomed style bartender >>> Your problem is your trying to use two different textures at once. Zoomed is a style. Vol is a style. Set it to Default.
Serenity cyCircled and Default style bartender >>> Something is wrong on your setup. Try toggling BT3 to a different setting (Zoomed or Dreamstyle) and then back to default or switching cyCircled skins and back. I sould also reload the UI after a change as they don't always reflect immediately.Worst case, backup your BT3 and cyCircled saved variables and delete them to see if the problem persists on a fresh install.
If it does, I would bet you have another addon forcing that default texture to show.

I see your point there though this set-up never was a problem before ( cyCircled always overrode the bartender textures )

Yep, another addon was a culprit.
Thanks for your advice.
I don't see any instructions for the mod in the folder. I can change the textures just fine, but my layout is not saving for some reason. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Are you trying to create your own custom style like Vol or Onyx, or just trying to use an existing style?

Nope, I just want want LitestepXLT on my Bartender Bar 1,2,3 and ItemRack bars and Serenity Gloss on my Stance Bar. I've been keeping "Toggle Plugin" checked. I uncheck all the bars, then set the Lightstep skin, then check the bars I want skinned. Then I uncheck the bars, select a new skin, and check my stance bar for the Serenity skin. It looks great, but I lose all settings everytime I log. Am I not able to run two skins at once?

Nope, pretty sure you've gotta choose one or the other. I guess the assumption is that most people like to have a unified look to their UI, and will want to skin all their buttons the same. I kinda wish there was an easy way to skin different bars (or just different addons) with different skins, but I think it might just be too complicated - both to code, and for the user to configure.
After fixing trackerbar to work with latest patch, it just wouldn't be skinned correctly. So I messed around with the TrackerBar.lua in cycircled pluginsfolder and removed lines 30-33 in the skin file, and voila, worked like a charm again. Just if someone wanne fix it. Tough I havent found any working versions online yet (of trackerbar), but I may be posting my fix at ui.worldofwar later today, so might be nice to get this fixed in cycircled :)
I tried the Vol package today and I realy like it. But I use kinda small icons, and with the gloss it becomes to much, so I wonder if it would be possible to add another Vol style exactly the same but without the gloss ?
I've been having a problem with my stancebar not being skinned correctly. It randomly has square boxes overwriting my CyCircled skin as if it weren't enabled. If you look at my screenshot you'll see what I'm talking about...
Is there a fix for this? When I go to the menu and uncheck / recheck the "Nurfed_Shapeshift" option it fixes the problem, but only for about 10 seconds. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
sorry if this has been asked before but i changed from BT3 to bongos and i seem to have lost a few styles in the change ? is this normal
If you read the change log, you'll see that Onyx, GoldOrbs and Vol are now separate add-ons. They can be found in the same place(s) that cyCircled is found. i.e. WAU.
Interesting! He reverse-engineered it to work with cyCircled. >< I guess he'll have to redo it once the next version is released, because I believe it'll more generic. But we'll see. Too bad it's still a memory hog. :/

Thanks for a wonderfull addon
Not worth the trouble, if it's possible. That's the reason mod authors write new bar mods and just hide the default bars.
Maybe in the next version. The current texturing/layers doesn't work well with the way Trinity is set up.

I believe 2-3 are a separate d/l now..
