Sure there are, but those other addons just have spiffy frames and stuff. i just wanted a simple warning once the shock cooldown is up, so i created this.
Yes, and that's probably why this isn't getting much attention... most people likely don't find it very useful to only monitor one cooldown, when there are so many other cooldowns that are more critical (such as potions, Mana Tide, etc). :P
I'm at the moment thinking about kind of a "module" system, where you can change what you track. My Problem is that I don't have a high level shaman to test this on. Thus, all those changes would be untested. But rest assured, i'm working on it.
Well, to be honest, there are already tons of cooldown monitors floating around. What would make your proposed modular extension worth using over an existing addon? If the answer is "nothing", then go ahead and code it for the learning experience if you want, but it probably won't garner a lot of public interest. If you have an idea for something unique, more details please!
