Since the last update I'm having problems with the button paging. I was able to shift and use a number to cast spells on bar 2. Now when I shift...the spell move up to the top bar, but I can't cast them without clicking on them. Any ideas on what my problem is? I've tried reinstalling and re-enabling, but neither works.
I would like to see a feature to hide the cooldown model (the black overlay on a button that disappears as the cooldown on said button diminishes). I'd like it both to make the cooldown count easier to read on buttons with a long cooldown and to minimize distraction from the 1.5 second global cooldown being displayed on every button. I've done my best to add this myself but am unable to find any information on doing so, I would love to see this implemented.
Yesterday I logged into my Main 60 Rogue, and for some reason some of the standard blizzard bars showed up. One of the side bars and one of the bottom bars.
As of that point my hot keys I had been using fine for Bartender3 sorta got buggered. no matter what stance I was in (stealth or not) my hot keys tried to always use my stealth bar.
In the end, I went into the interface options, unchecked the bars. Then went into Keybinding, and rebound all my keys specificly to bartenders.
It was just weird, that it has been working fine for about 2 weeks since I started using Bartender3 (was using Bongos, but it never activated any of my cooldown bars).

i am having this exact same issue, its fine on my warrior but on my rogue the key bindings do not revert back to original when i break stealth, its still trying to use my stealth bar.
its a real pita
reload ur UI when that happends, it seems to solve it.
Its annoying but a temp fix.
I found the solution to this issue, and i feel dumb for not figuring this out earlier.
go into the key binding menu and bind the first bartender action bar with the standard 1234567890-= buttons. tada its fixed so stupid simple its crazy.
I used to have DAB, and one main action bar which I switched with shift + mwheeldown / up to another one, for a total of two. Now with bartender, there is a total of 6 bars, which means 4 bars I don't want, is there a way to limit it to 2 bars ?
I did some extensive testing on my characters, disabled all addons, a fresh WTF folder and so on. What I found is that Bartender 3 has dropped my framerate by 10 to 15 fps. It was fine earlier, somewhere along the road of releases on the wowace.com/files site, it has started to cause this dramatic loss in FPS. Current release I am using is r23474.
Edit: upgraded to r23543, FPS loss is still there
Edit #2: went back to the release from the big download button at wowinterface.com, FPS loss is still there. Enabling or disabling this addon makes my framerate go up or down by 10-15 fps.
Edit #3: changed from Bartender 3 to Bongos and got my FPS back
Suggestion:
When you scroll between the pages, it is scrolling between bar1-bar6. Is it possible to make it scroll between bar1-bar2? Or add an option where u can config this. I would make the addon alot better :)
I've accidentally hidden the minimap icon and I don't seem to be able to reenble the icon from the /bar commandline options, is there a way to reenable the icon?
I am having a problem with having 2 key bindings in the #1 slot on the first bar. I am trying to have 1 and Shift+Spacebar as my #1 slot keybind and the second slot for the second key in the Blizzard keybind window isn't working properly. What can i do to get both keys for 1 slot.

You could change what shift-mouse wheel up/down is bound to in the blizzard key bindings interface. The default it Previous and Next action bar. You could map them direcctly to Action Page 1 and Action Page 2.

i have a problem. i click on a spell and WoW shows me an error. The error is

I made this change, and boy do I like it much better... feels more responsive to my actions.
Maybe Author could make it an option for either or.

Setting height + width, instead of scale would be a definite benefit.
though my AG_UF has an exp bar in the playerframe :)
