Once you install it, if you like you can make the wiki page and screenshots. That'd be really cool.
Sure installed it and liked what I saw. But I don't have the slightest of clue on how to make wiki and screenshot page. Do I need some admin right or something?

Go to the main page and scroll down to the bottom - there's a sandbox to play around in and I think a tutorial or how-to... You also need to sign up for a separate wiki account (that's why there are two lines of log in information and links at the top of this page).
i'm trying resolve an issue i have with cartographer_questobjectives and itemsync loading by itself even if i have disable all ticked in acp and the addons menu in the character selection screen
Check your AddOns.txt file -> World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\(your account name)\(your server name)\(your character name)\AddOns.txt
Hello Seerah,
Thanks for your comments. I tried what you mentioned. I found that the entries I mentioned were in fact flagged as disabled in the addons.txt, but when I enter the game, they still load and show up.
For some reason also, they only impose themselves on this particular character, on my alts, ACP is fully in control.

Alright, I happened across this mod while browsing the entire list some weeks ago, and there's one "feature" that's been bugging me. :p It involves the protected addon ability, which I *really* like. However, I seem to get this message all the time when reloading UI, or loading the game for the first time. If I go ahead and reload, I don't get it the next time, but any time I change sets and reload, the message tends to reappear. It also happens when I zone in and out of instances, or hearth/portal.
If the addons are protected, why aren't they loading? Does it have something to do with dependencies? Perhaps something with LoD mods that depend on protected addons? It's extremely frustrating in arenas because every time I enter one the popup appears, and every time I leave arenas it appears.
I like the protected addon ability because it means I'm never without the core of my UI package, but if it persists, I'll have to go back to not using protected addons.

I just wanted to throw my name into the hat on this issue. It's quite frustrating because it's not just ACP, but even after disabling addons in Blizzard's own AddOns menu (and hence disabling it in addons.txt) some mods STILL load like nothing was changed.. but only on some characters. I'm 100% Ace2, which means at least I can do /mod standby on most of them, but that gets a little tedious. I honestly don't know if this is an Ace problem or a Blizzard problem. Does this happen to other people?

Also, if you never changed the sorting, you will now have "Sort by group" as your default. This is the recommended sort, as it can collapse PitBull_* down to Pitbull, and let you work with it like it was a single addon.
e.g Prat goes from 4 lines to 1
Also, I suggest clicking the lock icon next to Bugsack, Buggrabber, and Ace2 so they have a star. ACP will make sure that they get loaded (assuming ACP gets loaded, and they are actually loadable). If you start the game and some arent loaded, acp enables them and prompts you to reload ui.

My fault, sorry. I oversaw that typo.

After correcting that, an UI-reload already solves the issue.

See if you can get someone on irc to fix it, if not i can take a look when i get back. Should be really easy.

That seemed to do the trick.. Thanks.
