'''MusicStream''' is a mod that uses PlayMusic function to stream MP3's on your computer.
In order to generate a list of music for ingame, you will need to run the Generate.exe when ever you wanna update (add/remove) songs available ingame.
1) Put your MP3's inside the Music/MyMusic folder (Interface\Addons\MusicStream\Music\MyMusic\)
2) Run the Generate.exe file (this will bring up a command prompt and show you what Music its adding)
3) Run World of Warcraft and your Music is ready to be played.
Note: Generate.exe will auto generate your MyMusic.lua file for your Music Library ingame.
Note2: You can have sub-folders inside the Music folder (step 1), and it is recommended but not necessary.
== Currently ==
* Standalone Player Frame, so you do not have to have it mounted to FuBar (toggle)
* Show Current, Prev, Next Channel in corresponding tooltips.
== TO DO List ==
* Will type this in later, its alot =P

Error on pressing play:
[2006/12/31 12:24:43-29-x2]: MusicStream-2.0.22723\modules\ChannelAlert.lua:90: attempt to index global 'self' (a nil value)
MusicStream-2.0.22723\modules\ChannelAlert.lua:121: in function <...nterface\AddOns\MusicStream\modules\ChannelAlert.lua:119>
(tail call): ?:
MusicStream-2.0.22723\MusicStreamFu.lua:101: in function <Interface\AddOns\MusicStream\MusicStreamFu.lua:101>
Disabling the ChannelAlert module removes the error, but i still get no music, which kinda defeats the purpose of this addon =P
This addon was also conflicting with buffalo:
[2006/12/31 12:31:25-31-x35]: Buffalo\Buffalo.lua:393: attempt to index field 'verboseTimers' (a nil value)
Buffalo\Buffalo.lua:376: in function `BuffButton_OnUpdate'
<string>:"BuffaloButton0:OnUpdate":2: in function <[string "BuffaloButton0:OnUpdate"]:1>
Disabled Buffalo, no errors but still no music
Using latest versions of all addon from the /files/ dir
Guess i'll just have to live with Winamp for a while longer, keep up the good work
I keep getting the following error when trying to add any new channels:
And also, is there a way to stop playing if you don't use Fubar? If not it might be nice to add that if possible. I for one don't use Fubar because I have all the info I need on my screen, and installing it for one addon would be a waste.
P.S. Any more info on how to add custom channels? I could randomly try a few shoutcast stations.. but does anything ending in .pls work from a URL?
