Commenting out line 1168 cancels the error (I got it too), but it took a few minutes to figure out how to get the pop-up to pop.
I don't usually open my tradeskill window from the spellbook. It would be nice to have an alternate means of popping up the menus. A FuBar drop down, or keybinds, or if it's possible to capture every attempt to open the tradeskill window, which would make it compatible with other AddOns that access it (for example, SkillsPlusFu).
An option to disable the tooltips on mousing over the dropdowns, and maybe add the crafted item's info to the menu would also be nifty. I just find the tooltips + the dropdowns a little distracting, and with my layout they are usually overlapping as well. Dunno if it's possible or even a priority for you, but it'd be "gosh, swell".
bah, thought I had gotten rid of that error in the first zip -- there's a new one up with it fixed.

they overlap in my layout too when I have positioning set to mouse ;) I'll look into those ideas, thanks.
This appears to me to be working perfectly, and the FuBar plug-in is spectabulous. Huzzah! I wonder if you've considered inserting a "Disenchant" entry when adding Enchanting to the dropdown? It'd be a convenient nicety, if it's not a nuisance. I may even remember enough about coding to take a stab at it myself (but those holding their breath *will* imblue!)
Messed around with this today on 2 different accounts for enchanting and alchemy and it worked perfectly. thank you for making enchanting less sucky :)
Im not gonna be playing WoW tonight, in fact I only popped on here for a little bit.
Quick question: does the mat list show the base mats or just the mats listed in the recipe?
As an engineering I have to go through a maze before I can craft certain items (1 mat requires 3 other mats and those mats require another mat etc). Would be nice to just have an addon which figures out all the base mats, creates the 2nd mats and crafts the item.
I notice that if I open Manufac from the spellbook or from an action button that hitting the Close menu option, or clicking outside of the Manufac menus, does not actually *close* the profession window, it just seems to hide it from view. When this happens you can see that the profession icon on the action bar will stay highlighted to indicate its active. Clicking it again gives the UI sound to indicate its closing.
Very nice addon! Haven't found a problem using it so far.
There is only 2 things I am missing though. The first is some sort of CD for the philosopher's stone, and secondly, the ability to create a certain number of items, like 10, 20, 50.
Great addon, though there were a lot of "unsorted" recipies with Enchanting and especially Engineering (in fact so many unsorted engineering recipies that they didn't fit into the screen ;)). Here's my savedvariables lua, hope that helps: http://www.subatomic.de/Manufac.lua
A problem I noticed with the FuBar plugin: it only works if you opened the tradeskill windwow for each tradeskill at least once since login, otherwise all menus are empty.
Edit: Thought I'd be nice and add the categories for the unsorted items (ok, I was bored ;)), they're in the linked lua now. Also added two new categories for engineering, "Pets" for the various non combat pets made by engineers(Lifelike Mechanical Toad, Tranquil Mechanical Yeti etc.), and "Fireworks" for the 3 standard fireworks (green, blue, red) and the special firework/rocket recipies obtained during the Moon Festival.

Is there an easier way to make a certain amount of a specific item rather than just 1 or 10? I think I'm missing something.
