Known Issues:
1. Currently not differentiating between abilities that do physical damage and spells that don't. Consequently spell miss rate isn't being calculated correctly.
2. Currently doesn't take into account hit rate buffs/debuffs applied by mobs (Heroic Presence is considered though).
3. More information is needed to determine the impact of weapon skill.
Hey just found this, cool deal. I assume you keep up with the EJ forums latest testing/etc when it comes to miss rates and such, or do you get your data from some other place? (Like ranged attacks are 9% tohit to never miss, not 8.2 or whatever people used to claim.)
So much easier to just have an addon tell me things. :)
Well this project is discontinued because log parsers can do better anyway. That being said, even at 9% you still appear to have an infintesmally small chance to miss. I recorded something like 1 miss in over 7,000 hits for example at over 9% hit, against mobs that do not debuff.
