and in place that target the model player or the unitframe, have a list with Detox that could accept this macro.
DO NOT get used to using this macro. I already checked with Slouken and got a response back that this is a completely unintended effect of the target=mouseover option for macros. Right now that macro will cast on non-secure frames which is NOT supposed to happen. It's already been slated for correction in the next patch (2.0.2).
I strongly suggest that those of you in this thread who think you can outsmart Blizzard stop trying to find clever "workarounds" to Detox/Decursive style gameplay. Anything you find that allows spamming of a button over some unit frame is going to be fixed rapidly. Blizzard does not want you to be able to do this anymore.

i didn't know that.
As a warrior i don't have the decurse problem, but i can understand that it s very boaring to find th player in the raid, change target manually, then cast the spell... but blizzard want it :(

So basically mods like Clique + Grid, or even Smartbuff won't work anymore?
While I dunno about SmartBuff, Clique (and properly done click-casting mods in general) will work fine.
I think what's meant is the thing someone came up with as a redo of Decursive that somehow was changing macros during combat, allowing you to essentially spam two buttons repeatedly and it'd detect who needed curing, alter the macro to target that person and cast the appropriate cure on them, rinse, repeat.
That's not supposed to be doable, and is fixed for the 2.0.2 patch.

I don't understand what's wrong with this macro, unless the implication is that you can perform it on the list that decursive/detox pops up.
Otherwise it should conform to the intended standard.

In 2.0.2, [target=mouseover] will only work with secure frames. If you use a hovercast macro with Grid, sRaidFrames, CT_RA, or the default raid frame UI then you shouldn't see any difference.
Yes, i've installed Grid + Detox and Grid now shows the debuff icons on the Grid-frames, really handy and all it takes is a click on the Grid-frame and dispell.
Is there now built-in support for Grid in Detox, or is someone confused? :)
So.. I've gotta ask.. what's become of Detox? It's been updated on files.wowace.com.. but what's going on with it? Is it still working with Grid as previously stated in this thread?
Would love to know because I miss this addon to bits, and Decursive/SmartDebuff can't take its place.
Can someone explain what this addon does? The only screenshot I've seen is on the first page of this thread and the links are all dead. The wowace.com/files version hasn't been updated since Jan. I guess it's dead?
What combination should these addons be used for a priest? I have Clique and SmartBuff/SmartDebuff. Would detox replace SmartBuff/Debuff? confused
You can use Decursive 2.0 now, it's an ACE add-on also available on the SVN and is updated very often, it's currently in beta 6 but perfectly stable.
The author of Detox contacted me before coding Detox so we could work together but we had some disagreements, he was too much in a hurry of converting it to ACE so he started Detox on his own then WoW 2.0 came...

Detox was released 5 months before wow 2.0. In other words, it saved me 5 months of lagging in raids. I didn't rush it at all, but the Decursive code base was so terrible even I was able to improve it.

btw, we're not selling cars, so lets not sound like we're trying to. Or maybe I'm the only one who is allergic to the use of "ultra" and other common adjectives. Just for future reference ;)

It is a *display only* addon, like so many have said before.
