A complete, standalone and WORKING version of XAD directly from SVN!
Took me a moment to find the errors and add missing libraries but it's done now :)

You have forgot to add AceDebug-2.0 to .toc (Added now!) Also I added the library in for externals.
Also, you have added a Babble-Class in the Core.lua and it's not used anywhere (Removed now!)

Mikma thanks once again for cleaning up after me LOL. Ya the Bable class was antoher left over I though I would need at first and then found I was just being dumb. I cleaned it out of my next version.
On the blinking button thing I'll see what I can do to fix it. Not sure exatly what's causing it.
IMHO XAD1 (this go around) is getting pretty close to done. I'll start serious work on XAD2 with configurable buttons next week.
Question for ya all. How many buttons do you ever need at once for this kind of stuff. IE you don't need a button for rage potions if your a mage but you'll want mana postions and vs versa for a warrior. I'm thinking of a limit of 8 or 12 buttons. What do you all think?
well I dumped autobar this morning and will track this. I did notice my wizard oil needed a new home. So I got weapon rebuff (nice ace2 mod now btw) with a fubar pluggin.
This actually got me thinking. Why reinvent the wheel. There are mods out there that do weapon rebuffs and other things that autobar tried to mimic. Thats why autobar went to such a huge mod.
I hope your direction is to limit this mod to consumables. The fact that I can conjure food/water off ure mod rocks. Its the little things like that, that will make a mod stand out.
I really try to stay away from mods that try to do to much.
Nakawe, If things go as I have it planned right now it will be a totaly modular design using plugins that you could actualy delete. IE each item will have it's own .lua file with one main xad file. So say you don't use the poisons at all you could just delete the poisons plugin thus alowing you to mix/match to fit your own needs without loading anything you don't.

I totally agree, I use Weapon Rebuff also for oils, stones, poisons and fishing lures. PoisonFu is close but doesn't have notification sounds as of yet. I also use TransporterFu for Hearthstone & it is also good for mages for portals, I love double use addons.
I'm having a few issues with scaling on XAD and the bar flying off the screen.
It seems it doesn't like retaining its position when its scale has been changed...not sure how else to explain it!
Another little request..may be one for mikma actually: would it be possible to apply the dreamlayout effect to the XAD buttons? That would just be the ultimate in grooviness :)
I've been having problems with the buttons just doing a normal click animation and not doing anything. I figured maybe it would be a problem with another addon, so I disabled them all and I would get an error. I enabled ace2 addon (was getting aceHook lib error) and i don't get an error anymore, but it still doesn't do anything when I click on an icon.
Error message (just XAD enabled):
Core.lua:11: AceAddon: AceOO-2.0: "AceHook-2.0" does not exist
A have also ditched AutoBar for this, keep up the good work.
The only real thing I would like to see, and it has been mentioned before, is the ability to re-order items. I am a hunter and use the food without stats for my pet and only use the food with stats for my self. The food with stats normally does more HP regen, and is the one that XAD chooses for the button.

And I wasn't suggesting to cast all 4 ranks at once but rather on every subsequent right-click.
You could just loop through the "manastones" list until it finds an entry that doesn't exist in your bags and then conjure it.
The only button that actually seems to trigger the item is the Hearthstone one -- food, potions, bandages, etc. don't do anything.
You have to be missing health in order for the food to work (unless it's just a buff food...I think).

Makes sense. The blanking out of the button still bugs me, though.
keybinds would be sweet... as would the ability to reorder the buttons. arbitrary, to be sure, but it's one of those vestigial Autobar habits...

Here is what I'd use :mount, hs, bandage, hp item, mana item, food, drink, Resistance pot, Agi pot.
I don't mind opening my bags to apply fiching lures, use scrolls and eat +sta/spi food.

Just a suggestion of course
