Sure. But I'd need to write some kind of basis for the evaluation, which will of course depend on what level of mobs you are fighting. What do you suggest, target level, user settable, or assume level 63?
I'd say have it be user configurable, or presume user level +3 (since we're going to have Burning Crusade to cope with soon).
Too lazy to check out the code ;) Does it need localization or does it work locale-independent?
It needs localization (unfortunately there is no universal way of detecting the spell in the AB or spellbook afaik) but it should work decent with its current dependency on BabbleSpell. It needs localization of spell names and talent names (which may work now). Plus the usual menus and messages (hasn't been added).

Justed wanted to give a friendly nudge to support paladins now that horde and alliance has them :) A lot of paladin DPS is now dependent on holy damage so the paladin class is a partial casting class as well.

Not planned at the moment. This is mainly intended for casters.
I realize the goal of this mod, so I'd like to suggest someone create either a plug-in module for DrDamage, or create a similar-yet-separate add-on specifically for melee/ranged damage (which could compliment DrDamage, but not require it).

I'm aware of that it's wrong. I haven't been able to get information about the real factor yet. Currently it uses the default cast time/3.5 + dot/15.
This is the data i find to be true before talent modifiers (copied from ej forums)
Is it planned to include Priests "Heal"? I still use it despite of the lower +heal bonus.
