That message can be very misleading.
Your best bet is to post a list of your addons so other users can cross-reference them.
(I have isolated a couple of addons that give errors with disenchanting myself
and needless to say they weren't the one reported by Blizz)
Could you try disabling 50% of your addons, to see / filter out which of them is causing the error?
Im preety sure that almost all ACE2 addons are the cause, but I will do complete list later (I`m at work right now)

when exactly do you get the error?
when you try to loot the disenchant item, or right after you click?
If i try to disenchant from spellbook then error appears after clicking on item in my inventory(disenchant never happens)
If I click on disenchant icon on my FuBar tcgTradeskills appears after that (before clicking on item)

if you get the error, you can simply press the ignore button.
Yes, but that solves nothing (it is just ignore,it works like "cancel")
i play a mage... the error messages comes up when i cast water or food.... one cast works but the next cast causes the error message...the ignore function does not work for me... i am still unable to cast water or food until i reload the ui
The gist is that certain Ace2 AddOns, if not kept updated, will cause this error to be thrown, and Blizzard will misinterpret it as a different one, probably because Ace2 AddOns have libraries in common. The general solution would be to first update all of your AddOns, and then if you still get the error, use the process of elimination via disabling your Ace2 AddOns one at a time to find the culprit.
Previously my errors were "caused" by Ace2 itself, but after disabling it the error jumped to ag_UnitFrames. It's not just alphabetically proceeding with your addon list, the mod I linked said TargetUnit() and StartDuel() were illegal commands and were actually caused by agUF :(
But the problem dont exist at every time. If u ./console relodui the problem is mostly solved. Otherwise the problem only exists if u cast something directly from the Spellbook. If u drag the spell to a button, the problem was solved in every case.
I get this problem if i want to use (direct from the Spellbook):
Also with latest version of Xloot i get the error message a few times if I activate autoloot and try to loot manually. After start of 2.0 I got the problem nearly @ every ace addon (Bartender, AGuf). So I dont think its only a AGuf problem.
