Start timer is already being planned, however I don't see your second suggestion will be that popular - I just use the regular scoreboard, and adding a bar to reflect the score will just confuse me, IMO.
Suggestions for WSG module--keeping in mind that WSG itself has only a couple minor time-related events, so this may be outside the scope of the mod. :P
- Show flag carrier name (in class color) next to each flag; clicking on name attempts to target. If no exact match is found you retain your current target/no target. Absolutely the most useful mod in WSG imo. Would be great if this targeting function could also be used in macros.
- Timer bars after flag cap for when flags will respawn at bases.
- Rez wave timer? Not really a fan of this as rez timers in BG mods seem to be iffy at best, but it's an idea.
Anyway, glad this is being picked up, we need more Ace2 PvP mods imo. :D
P.S. If you could sneak in an auto-release when killed in a BG I would love you forever. Again, not timer-related, but so useful and would love to have it Aced!
Doesn't seem to play nice with Chronometer/oCD, with it loaded, neither seems to work right, oCD's bar textures got overwritten, and its bars don't work properly anymore, and Chronometer throws an error and it's bars also nolonger work.
Also, could you remove the PublicPanic_ in front of all the bars, not exactly needed:) and it makes the names truncate removing most of the point of them, hehe.

It looks like the chronometer bug is unrelated and just snuck in during the last update. Raiding right now so I can't test if that's what caused oCD to flake out too.

Seems it's a bug with the CandyBars library itself. Getting frozen bars in BigWigs, Chronometer, oCD, oCB and PublicPanic. All of these were updated just today.
No idea about that error, I use Chronometer and it works fine with it here. The name thing was a slight lapse in concentration that I fixed in my local copy, start timers are in a beta state if you want to test them. I'll upload to the SVN now.
I was hoping this would continue development. Currently I'm using AVBars and its functionality seems to be perfect, just a bit dated. Right-Click to announce timers is a must-have IMO, but if you could make an option for say CTRL-RIGHT Click it displays all current same-faction timers that would be ok .

Can an option to "cap" the number of bars be implemented? Like, only show the 5 shortest timers, and the longer ones fall into view when the short ones run through? Otherwise a bit tough to find screenspace for it :)
BTW, can add how much time before the game starts and something like this for Warsong Gulch in CandyBar format?
