is this the 4000k dmg over 16sec, silencing and reducing physical damage to 50%? If yes, why would you not want to dispel it?

This should not be filtered by default. Some raids decurse everyone, ignore shades, and brute force DPS Jin'do down.

Yeah That one, I posted it in the incorrect thread.

if you brute force dps him down why even spent mana on decursing? just ignore them ^^

Because if you're cursed and can see Shades, they hit you for a few hundred points of damage. If you're decursed and can't see Shades, they hit you for 1 damage.

Not quite. They melee for one damage and occasionally use an ability called Shadow Shock that deals a few hundred points of damage. They do this regardless of their visibility.
