This message is given by the new bliz watchframe. When trying to track quests or achievements it'll compute the space necessary to display all the tracked quests and achievements if it's greater than the space available then you won't be able to add a new quest or achievement to the watchframe. If the watchframe is hidden it can be tricked by changing the value of the global variables used to determine the space necessary:

WATCHFRAME_LINEHEIGHT
WATCHFRAME_LINEHEIGHT_WITHICON
WATCHFRAME_QUEST_OFFSET
WATCHFRAMELINES_FONTSPACING
WATCHFRAMELINES_FONTHEIGHT

(if those variables are changed and the watchframe is visible then the watchframe will be unreadable)

A recent update to QuestsFu made ErrorMonster stop working for me. Anyone else experience that?

Hmm... Looks like QuestFu is conflict with QuestGuru.

If I enabled QuestFu's "Show quest levels" function, will get a error message.
I have update QuestFu and QuestGuru both to latest version, still happens.

If I disable the function(Show quest levels) or disable QuestGuru, both works fine but I want to use both... :(

Is it possible to fix? If yes, fix it please, if no, it's shame and I'll shut up. :D

I can't also take new quests with this addon anymore - I'm trying to click at Accept button, but it won't give any reaction on my actions to take quests.

Have a look at http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/fu-bar_quests-fu.aspx. A fix was posted there. Everything works fine again (except questlevels in questlog), no errors.

this addon broke again in 3.3

any fix?
