Only final dailies are tracked, final meaning they'll always be in game. The ones you listed are only there until Phase 3 is completed, they'll be replaced by Keeping the Enemy at Bay, Don't Stop Now..., and Crush the Dawnblade, respectively.
Ah!
Man, I really wish all 17 quests were split up by phase hehe

I don't D: These different phases are based on how fast your server progresses.. Can you imagine completing Phase 4 and still running around trying to track Phase 2 quests because Fritos has to support it for people on slow servers?
Besides, a little bit of reading tells you what quests are the permanent versions of what, and it doesn't take much effort to remember "hey I already killed nagas for keys today" until Phase 3 is over & the final quest gets tracked.
The splitting by where the quest is obtained makes more sense to me than the by phase thing, at least with location it makes it easier to realize "Hey I forgot to get the mana cells quest, better pick it up before I start farming for my phasing device" (true story, btw.. I farmed for an hour before realizing I didn't have the quest).

No offense, but what the heck are you talking about?
Right now: 19 (***NINETEEN***) quests all in one category
I think I see your confusion. You think I meant that Dailies should track *BOTH* the quests during a phase and after the phase is completed. This is NOT what I meant. I simply meant split up the "Shattered Sun Offensive" group.

I'm not sure how I could be confused since I was just going by what you wrote, which was "split up by phase".. These quests, since they are the final versions, belong to no phases. As you never mentioned what your idea of "by phase" meant, and haven't clarified how the SSO quests would be split up into four categories -- or even what these four categories are, for that matter -- I feel like my post stands.
For example, where and under what category would The Air Strikes Must Continue fall? Would it be put under "Phase 2," when the original bombing quest became available, or would it be under "Phase 3," when this final version replaced it?
Btw I'm totally assuming by "split up by phase" and "19 quests in four categories," you meant category1 = Phase 1, category2 = Phase 2, etc. since you haven't said otherwise.
ETA: Or, would your "19 quests in four categories" mean what a couple of us suggested.. :p
- Shattered Sun Offensive [0/19]
- Hellfire Peninsula [0/2]
Blast the Gateway
Blood for Blood
- Isle of Quel'Danas [0/14]
Arm the Wards!
Atawhateverwhatever
etc

"As you never mentioned what your idea of "by phase" meant"
Quests you GET in Phase 1: "Phase 1"
Quests that REPLACE them when Phase 1 ends: "Phase 1"
Quests you GET in Phase 2: "Phase 2"
Quests that REPLACE them when Phase 2 ends: "Phase 2"
Quests you GET in Phase 3: "Phase 3"
Quests that REPLACE them when Phase 3 ends: "Phase 3"
Quests you GET in Phase 4: "Phase 4"
Quests that REPLACE them when Phase 4 ends: "Phase 4"
THAT, is what I meant. Is that clear? :)
But the quests that you get at the beginning of a phase aren't tracked anyway, so it doesn't even matter. (Regardless, the above should have been blatantly obvious.)
Where do I download the latest version of this? I can't find it on files.wowace.com
I noticed someone suggested WoWUI, but that site has been very flaky as of late. I would recommend downloading from WoWInterface instead as it's much more reliable.
But what i really miss is to know, some seconds after login, WHAT random dailies are up today. mainly which cooking, which fishing and wich two dungeons.
I thought long about it, and... my solution goes this way:
Open a Channel, similar to GEM, where you just send "encrypted" stuff, and... noone can write or read that channel, all information about it is hidden in a normal UI.
Then, on that channel, someone who already knows all information, or has gathered it from previous users, broadcasts this information all... let me say 10 or 15 seconds. when this person quits, well... either there is some option to announce that this person leaves, or... a "ping timeout" is initiated, after 12/17s with no reply someone else in the channel is promoted to broadcaster.
A possible problem i know from GEM, if a channel has too many members, the game may get laggy.
As i dont write addons myself, it could be very possible that such stuff is not possible or whatever. i just liked to bring up that subject :)
The quest "Your Continued Support" (10 gold donation) is not available for players that are exalted with shattered sun.
Instead they get "A Magnanimous Benefactor" (1000 gold donation).
And if they choose to complete "A Magnanimous Benefactor" (buying the "of the Shattered Sun" title) the donation quests becomes completely unavailable.
How much more information would be needed? This mod was only intended to assist in you doing your dailies. Not really sure where your going on that.
There will be an update in abit (after patch 2.4.2, maybe) where I've added the ability to grab the Random Dailies from other members using the mod (i.e. Fishing, Heroic etc..) so you don't always have to goto the quest giver to see the random dailies, and then can choose to do them or not. This HEAVILY depends on other users using the mod on your realm to work effectively.
But you can always hide them if not needed. I'll post the update here once I officially release it.

Ah I see what it is, looks interesting. Will have a look at it, but no guarantees.
**EDIT**
After looking at it some more, there is really no benefit to doing anything with these Block modules. They are very limited to what they can do and the only thing I can see them doing is displayed your daily quest count. Which you can already see from using FuBar or having it attached to your mini-map.
I just logged on with the 2.4.2 patch and I received no errors pertaining to my mod. I loaded it by itself and with other mods I use, and it working as intended.
Can you be more specific as to what 'broke'?

Suggesting: 19 quests in four categories
- 0 quests Added.
- 0 quests Removed.
- 0 quests Modified.
Simply a Fubar change.

Anyway, why don't we just make this even simpler?
http://www.wowwiki.com/Shattered_Sun_Offensive
Though "Maintaining the Sunwell Portal" (Blade's Edge one) from 2B should go to Section 1, so that all the OUTLANDS quests get grouped together.
1. Outlands
2. Phase 1 + 2
3. Phase 3 + 4
19 quests split up perfectly in groups of 6 or 7
KISS. EASY. :)

What is a stat block module?
There is an addon named StatBlock with many plugins to show useful informations.
