Would be very nice with an option to not record damage against the vulnerable mobs since it's screws your recordlist
A list of the mobs in English, German and French:
English:
"Ossirian the Unscarred"
"Death Talon Wyrmguard"
"Death Talon Overseer"
"Chromaggus"
"Vaelastrasz the Corrupt"
"Thaddius"
"Deathknight Understudy"
German names:
"Ossirian der Narbenlose"
"Wyrmwache der Todeskrallen"
"Aufseher der Todeskrallen"
"Chromaggus"
"Vaelastrasz der Verdorbene"
"Thaddius"
"Reservist der Todesritter"
French:
"Ossirian l'Intouch\195\169"
"Garde wyrm Griffemort"
"Surveillant Griffemort"
"Chromaggus"
"Vaelastrasz le Corrompu"
"Thaddius"
"Doublure de chevalier de la mort"
ps. Thaddius added, maybe could use Babble-Boss-2.0?
Then the names are:
local boss = AceLibrary("Babble-Boss-2.0")("Ossirian the Unscarred")
local boss = AceLibrary("Babble-Boss-2.0")("Chromaggus")
local boss = AceLibrary("Babble-Boss-2.0")("Vaelastrasz the Corrupt")
local boss = AceLibrary("Babble-Boss-2.0")("Thaddius")
local understudy = AceLibrary("Babble-Boss-2.0")("Deathknight Understudy")
No "Death Talon Wyrmguard" or "Death Talon Overseer" in Babble-Boss-2.0 though.
i also noticed that when i moused over on the fubar, i could not see all my attacks, i tried scrolling with the mousewheel but nothin. This is after i filtered also.
If anyone wants to code those features and supply me with a patch, I'd be happy to apply them.
If not, they'll come when I can be bothered to code them :)
Have encountered an unfortunate behavior when updating Top ScoreFu from a FuBar 1.2 version (r2421) to a recent 2.0 (r14412) one. Similar to a few other database mods that ignore data and are incompatible with old versions (i.e. KombatStats), the updated version of Top ScoreFu doesn't retain records from the 1.2 version.
Method of discovery: finally updated to FuBar 2.0 from FuBar 1.2 (a while ago).
Updated as many FuBar mods as possible to 2.0 versions, including Top ScoreFu from r2421 to r14412 (off the SVN). Backed up the \WTF folder before updating. Then deleted the FuBar.lua SavedVariables file(s), as well as the ones for most of the FuBar mods. But did not delete the old SavedVariables files for FuBar database mods--including Top ScoreFu, MoneyFu, RestFu, etc..
Logged on. A few of the database mods gave chat feedback that they were converting data to "a new format" (etc.). Sure enough, nearly all of the old databases were updated for the appropriate FuBar mods so I would not have to start over from scratch (including those that did not give any extra feedback). But not Top ScoreFu.
Top ScoreFu r14412 didn't convert anything. All character's score records were deleted/ignored in the new version. Its something that disables the usefulness of a mod here (and I'm sure for others) for database mods that record data over long periods of time.
So have moved back to ckknight's version r2421 of this. Not updating this again until Top ScoreFu converts old data when upgrading so that you don't lose old records. I hope a version comes out that does this.
Something I've always wondered about TopScore... why does it record other people's stuff? I thought it was for tracking your hits/heals, but I always end up with everyone and their brother who did a healing thing around me in addition to my own stuff.
Along with my own list of shots and melee attacks I have lots of stuff (mostly belonging to other people, since I'm a hunter): Regrowth, Rejuvenation, Renew, First Aid, Improved Leader of the Pack, Healing Draught, Healing Potion, Judgement of Light, Major Healthstone, Plague Effect, Reflective Shield, Unstable Affliction...
Yes as a most pressing change I'd fix it so only healing/dmg done by the user is recorded. I don't care about the renew records of 10 different priests on me. As a bugfix please correct WF not recording. :)
Does CHAT_MSG_SPELL_PERIODIC_SELF_BUFFS trigger from <others on you effects>?
If yes, this would be the source of the renew/regrowth 'spam' and could be commented out. (?)
Would be very nice with an option to not record damage against the vulnerable mobs since it's screws your recordlist
I got really tired of remembering to turn TopScoreFu off before vulnerable mobs (especially now that I'm using Arcane Shot a lot more), so I made a change in the branches to ignore vulnerable mobs. Tested it out in Naxx and BWL and it seems to do the trick. Whoever is in charge of TopScore these days is free to use it or not use it. :)
I used cheadstina's German and French translations for Death Talon Overseer and Death Talon Wyrmguard... other languages are not localized properly for those 2.

Wow that's great, thanks for not sharing. ><
It's in the SVN in a branch, which is the proper way to propose a change for someone else's addon. The owner can choose to commit the branch changes into the trunk if so inclined. But, it's shared right now.

Make an option to record attacks ONLY from pvp and vice versa.

The data is not displaying properly upon logout/login.
If you reset the scores, the scores display fine, until you exit the game and log back in. Upon relogin, only one or two 'scores' are displayed.
Indeed!

How can I filter out spell effect from others on you? (rejuv,renew..)This is spamming my list to 150 entries after a few raids.
And.....what does 'trivial' mean? I always thought that this option wouldn't count low scores, but it does not seem to be this.
