Got a small problem with AnkhTimerFu it no long shows how many Ankh i have and no linger shows the CD on Reincarnation:(
Bug sack shows no errors what so ever so can anyone suggest a fix or suggest a replacement addon, something as simple as AnkhTimerFu would be great and is all i need.
Well, it's not FuBar-only, and it's definitely bigger (in terms of features, code, and resource usage) than AnkhTimerFu, but I recently extended AnkhCooldownTimer with FuBar support...
I also ran into this recently when I switched to standalone libraries. I solved it by putting an empty '.svn' folder in the AnkhTimerFu folder to stop WAU from stomping on it, and then downloading the regular, externals-included version from http://www.wowace.com/files/ and installing that in place of the no-externals version I was getting from WAU.
I haven't had the time or inclination to poke around in the code and figure out why it only works with included libraries.
I had no problems yesterday running standalone. When did this start?
Maybe i'm wrong but i think it has something to do with changes of fubar itself.. Some of old fubar plugins stopped work for me aswell, mailfu for example. About 2 weeks ago

OK, are you sure all of your Ace2 addons is updated? Maybe you have some addons that is not on this site so they have old libs left in their folders? Just a thought. I'm running MailFu too with no problems.
Have you tried running just FuBar and AnkhTimerFu and only the libs they depend on?
i'm using standalone libs, all addons are updated and present on files.wowace.com, so its definetly not old lib thing. I'll try to run only fubar and this plugins and post tommorow.
I'v tracked down issue. Its same in ankhfu and mailfu. Both plugins use parts of SpecialEventsEmbed, but with standalone libs and LoD enabled, they are not loading SpecialEvents-Bags-2.0 or SpecialEvents-Mail-2.0, and apparently i dont have any other addonds that use this part of SpecialEvents.
Since 2.2 I have issues with AnkhTimerFu, for example it shows incorrect numbers of Ankhs (I have 10 it says I have 0 or 4) or some other number an pops the "buy ankhs" warning. Also the timer doesn't seem to work reliably anymore.
the ankh timer is no longer working for me since patch 2.3. it shows 0 ankhs, but i'm having 5 in my inv. deactivating and reactivating the addon ingame seems to make it work until you logoff. all addons and libs are up to date. also deleted and reinstalled (including deleting the saved variables files).
Hellekin, the author of AnkhTimerFu (Moonsorrow) hasn't updated the addon or posted a reply to any thread about it in many months. I haven't seen any official notice of abandonment, but at this point it seems, for all practical intents and purposes, abandoned. My addon, which I've linked two posts above yours, includes a FuBar plugin and continues to work correctly.
Read the changelogs that come with the downloads through WAU. Every one of those "updates" to AnkhTimerFu for months adds nothing to the changelog, and doesn't actually bump the revision number. Instead of r12345, you'll get r12345.73, meaning it's been "updated" 73 times without actually being updated. Those non-updates are simply the result of the embedded library system -- if a library an addon embeds is updated, WAU will re-download the entire addon with all its embedded libraries again, even if the addon itself hasn't changed.
Create a folder called ".svn" and put it inside the addon's folder. Then ensure that WAU is set to ignore SVN working copies, and it will never update that addon again.

That's a work-around, but it doesn't fix the underlying issue...
No, but it's not my addon, and it's not my issue to fix. Plus, I already have my own addon that does the same thing and a bit more -- I'm not interested in maintaining two of the same addon. I've linked my own addon in this thread as it will meet the needs of anyone trying to use AnkhTimerFu, and is not broken. If you want to use an old version of AnkhTimerFu instead, that's up to you, but I'm not going to spend time fixing it for you. :P

Thank you
Thanks for tip on replacement though

So fixing toc resolves issue
Error: Cannot find a library instance of Crayon-2.0.

Anybody else having issues? I've done a fresh install and still nothing. Last working version I have is 26541
Changing the embeds.xml Crayon line to:
instead of
fixes the issue...
using the german/european client.
any ideas?
thanks in advance
even though the wowaceupdater says that the timer has been updated <1day nothing had changed. so i'll try your addon.
If I use this version and it's ok for me. The problem is that Wowaceupdater keeps refreshing it to a newer version that is bugged and shows 0 anks.
