Just wanted to report the 'Auto-Adjusting' option is working for Buffs but is not working for the Minimap. I have disabled all other FuBar addons except FuBar2 and the problem still persists.
Thanks
This was a problem during inital testing, but was supposedly fixed before it was merged into the trunk.
Are you sure you're running the latest revision from the trunk?
Same issue here with the minimap (as noted in my previous post). Yes, using the latest revision 5756.
I wiped clean my FuBar and FuBar plugin settings when I installed the Ace2.0 version. And with the 1.2 version of LocationFu, as soon as I started toggling options (I only having it show zone name and sub zone name, nothing else), the minimap jumped down to where it should be. I believe it was the option to hide the locationbar on the minimap.
put new Fubar (2.0 version) in addons folder, updated FuBar-plugin 1.2, and got new FuBar-compat 1.2, getting error : addons\FuBar.lua:9: AceLibrary is a nil value. also don't see FuBar-compat 1.2 in my addons list at char selection screen, I used to have the 1.0 version in there before I moved it out.
How did you get ItemBonusFu to work? Did you delete the toc files? I didn't quite understand.
Thanks!
I only delete the third dependence from the Toc File. All current Fubar 1.2 Plugins which have more then two Dependencies in his Toc File, will not been loaded from Fubar2. Here an example if you yet do not understand.
Since this update I've noticed a 1-2 second freeze of the UI whenever a spell or action is carried out. This happens for click casting and key presses alike.
My problem is that I update all my adodns that are contained in the SVN at the same time (I thought this would be a good thing). Because I'm updating them all, I'm not sure where the problem might be.
I've yet to go through and try and narrow down the culprit, but seeing as the Fubar update impacted me the most - I thought I'd ask here if anyone is seeing something like this.
No lag/FPS issues here, but I still have the issues concerning not being able to 're-enable' mods earlier 'disabled', or the Minimap auto-adjusting with the top bar.
Thats very odd, I wonder why addons with more than two dependecies aren't getting loaded?

Actually I think I figured it out by reading the code :P
Anything having a dependancy for anything later in the alphabet than FuBar wont load as cknight does the loadon demand before the other dependancies are loaded.
If he were to change the load on demand handling to after variables loaded then all dependancies should be solved.
An update on my freeze issue. It does appear to be associated with FuBar, at least from a load stand point. I disabled all add-ons and then re-enabled them testing for the affects (Running and cast an instant spell and notice game response). I ended with FuBar alone and started adding plugins. when I got to about 12 plugins enabled I started noting the freeze effect even though it was minor. I have 31 plugins that I previously ran under Fubar, and now I've had to trim it back to 11 in order to keep gameplay smooth. It did not appear to me to be any particular plugin, I juggled them around quite a bit to find that 12 mark threshold.
Note that all 31 ran fine under the previous version of FuBar.
Confirm that Fubar dosn´t load and all other Addons (Bigwigs, oRA_Menu, OneBag....) that using Fubar Plugins are broken too i´ve Fubar is activated in Addons Folder since last svn update.
Same issue here with the minimap (as noted in my previous post). Yes, using the latest revision 5756.
Also, trying to change the texture results in:
FuBar\\FuBar.lua:118: attempt to index field `data' (a nil value)

Thanks a lot!

The game is barely playable in this state.

That is my theory.

FuBar doesn't load at all.
The only problem I'm having w/ FuBar plug-ins is OneView and ModMenuTuFu both insist on showing text, and I don't think that's FuBar's issue...
As far as FriendsFu and GuildFu, I use Tekkub's versions from the SVN. They're regularly maintained and do the job. Well.
I really is a shame to lose the good 1.0 plugins with the FuBar 2.0 upgrade.
Why no backwards compatibility?
If the plugin is not at 1.2, then bug the author to upgrade it. :)
