Broker_HitCrit is an LDB datasource/tooltip anchor that displays top hit and crit information for all range of spells/hits/ability use. Tooltip format is highly customizable. It does exclude data gathered when "super-buffed" (this is not an exhaustive list, please report when you find spells that I didn't already exclude). It also allows easy deletion of otherwise errant data through the data browser for easy maintenance.

Still using the addon and loving it..

I did make a post on the feature requests page a couple of weeks ago now regarding being able to click a entry to have it pasted into the open chat edit box at the time. You said you were waiting a update on the display mod (guessing its the LibQTip / Click library) to be able to do this.. any progress in this regard? :)

Secondly, I love how much detail it goes into for the tooltip but is it possible to add options to disable specific categories from being shown? been a melee dps I am not too interested nature (or other) damage that I may happen to do somehow or other (same with healing, not got much interest in seeing how much my bandage healed and enraged regen etc)..

To clarify my second request. In the screenshot you have provided I would like to be able to not display the whole of the 'Healing' section and also disable the showing of the 'fire' and 'shadow' damage - the reason I ask for this is that the window that pops up at the moment takes up pretty much all my screen with extra information I am not particularly interested in seeing! :D

I've been experimenting and learning. I'll hopefully have something like this implemented over the next week.

Good point. Please submit a enhancement ticket on wowace for this. I'll look into it.

Any chance of blacklisting the zerker buff from BG's? Or just an option to not record anything while in a BG.

I'm happy to blacklist any "superbuff". I need more info though. Either provide the full name of the buff, or the spellid.

The only thing i could find about the buff was this http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=23505

Not sure about the spellid though, but this is what you type ingame to link the spell:

/script DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage("Shift-click this to place a link into a chat message: \124cff71d5ff\124Hspell:23505\124h[Berserking]\124h\124r");

So i think the spellid should be 23505.

Old thread, but the mod is still patch up-to-date and usable. Wanted to add a "congratulatory" comment; comments are disabled on the project page.

Thanks a bunch Zhinjio for your August '09 changes incorporated into the current v2.12.0-release. They increase usability of the mod by a metric ton over what it used to be (scrolling on the tooltip when many records are recorded instead of them permanently dropping off the tooltip edge, the tooltip no longer hiding the LDB display, etc.). They have finally pushed Broker_HitCrit to the top rank(s) of full-featured crit recording mods.

This mod needs updating to handle the WoW patch 3.3 (and later) changes from December on. It no longer recognizes or records heal crits properly. See ticket 50.

I get duplicate readings on when I preview my hits/crits (whirlwind is listedd 3 times each with different hit/crit values for example)

That's true for superbuffs too.
