Don't double post. Use the "edit" feature if you need to add something to your post. Anyway, about your project (I only see one)...
ExiNova is a Add-on that will give you a in-game Addons Enable/Disable located in the Game Menu(Escape Button), you will also get a item ID, and Spell/Abilities addon that updates your damage by calculating your armor and weapon bonuses and shows how exactly how much damage you will do with that Spell/Ability.
That sounds like a lot of random, unrelated stuff to shove into a single addon. It also sounds like a lot of stuff that other addons already do, and have been doing for a long time. If you're not even able to write it yourself, why don't you just use existing addons to get those features? ???
Should definitely consider breaking that up into multiple addons so that each addon does one job. That way if people like the way you do one thing but not another, they can still use the part they like while using another addon to handle the other part.
I'm looking for someone to help me create Addons, the person have a good knowledge with creating Addons.
All accepted people that helps me get the Addons Up-And-Running, I will split the Credit, Reward Points, and Donations people make equally.

If you can't do any of the 3 above then PM me (Yahoo has the highest chance to get a reply to you faster)
There are several reasons why you're not getting the responses you're looking for.
1. It's really unclear what you're actually looking for. Do you want someone to write addons for you, to your specifications, for some kind of compensation? Do you want someone to write addons for you out of the goodness of their hearts? Do you want someone to think your addon proposal sounds interesting and write it for fun? Do you want someone to walk you through the process of writing addons?
2. Regardless of what your answer to #1 is, it's unlikely anyone is going to read your very vague "email me if you want to help me" posts, and your vague project descriptions, and be interested. Sell your ideas. Be specific. Explain what makes your ideas worth turning into working addons. What needs do they fill? What features will they have? How will they be different than existing addons with similar features? Why would someone want to use your addons over others?
3. It's also very unclear how much help you're looking for. Are you able to write the basics of an addon, but need help tying it all together, or with advanced topcis? Are you experienced with non-WoW programming and just looking for a little help translating that experience to WoW? Have you never looked at code before in your life? Are you interested in learning, or just want someone to do it for you? Do you have most of the addon working, and just need someone to help you figure out why specific pieces aren't working?
If you continue to just post vague "e-mail me if you want to help", I doubt many people will respond. Personally, I would never respond to such solicitation via e-mail, both because there's just nothing there to get my interest, and because as a general rule e-mail addresses posted on public forums are either a sign of a totally clueless newbie, or an attempt to trick clueless newbies into providing their own e-mail addresses. I'm not saying you're either one, but that's generally what I think when I see an e-mail address posted on a forum.
