Casting mana gems or other creating spell casts do create a SPELL_CAST_START but no further event currently upon success, could be that SPELL_CREATE ought to fire, but it currently doesn't.
EDIT: Actually turns out that SPELL_CREATE fires for events that create objects in the world like the refreshment portal of the table of refreshment ritual. I don't have a good idea what spells typically trigger this but a guess is that ritual of summoning and similar "portal-related" spells do trigger this.
Am I the only one who wonders why SPELL_CAST_SUCCESS doesn't report spells with a cast time?
I wanted to write a debuff tracker, but without SPELL_CAST_SUCCESS messages I will not be able to recognise if a debuff is reapplied before it wears off, e.g. Sheep, Fear, etc. Is there any workaround?
can anyone confirm if the timestamp parameter is the in-game time or your computer's time? i was using date("%x %X",timestamp) to convert the numbers like 1206258064.048. When I changed my sysem time that number changed & corresponding to my computer's clock.
I'm looking to capture the exact time a combat event is fired and GetGameTime() does not give me the granularity I want.
