Waiting that projects to do fresh come back on new wowace attached to this post are recent GlobalStrings.lua I have been able to gather with languagepacks & mpq extractors
rename *.zip to *.rar or *.7z this was just to accomodate with forum's restrictions, and open with Winrar/7-Zip on windows, or 7-Zip under linux.
To check if the file is at least v3.0.3, if it has the var SHORTDATE then its a v3.0.3 or >, if it has not then its a version from 3.0.1 to 3.0.2 so the version list of attached files here or firsts Tekk's rep commits are:
deDE-GlobalStrings_3.x.lua (3.0.1 to 3.0.2) enGB-GlobalStrings_3.x.lua (3.0.1 to 3.0.2)
enUS-GlobalStrings_3.x.lua (3.0.3) esES-GlobalStrings_3.x.lua (3.0.1 to 3.0.2) esMX-GlobalStrings_3.x.lua (3.0.1 to 3.0.2)
frFR-GlobalStrings_3.x.lua (3.0.3) ruRU-GlobalStrings_3.x.lua (3.0.1 to 3.0.2)
zhCN-GlobalStrings_3.x.lua (3.0.5) koKR-GlobalStrings_3.x.lua (3.0.1 to 3.0.2)
zhTW-GlobalStrings_3.x.lua (3.0.3)
enCN = zhCN & enTW = zhTW so I have removed these packs from attachements
So in bolds are langs needing a priotity update from you, if you play on 3.0.3 & one of these langs that is here outdated please submit and I wil attach to post and Tekk will on the git rep.
DISPLAYING SPECIAL FONTS:
Another interesting note, if you would like to display russian korean and chinese Fonts ingame, download and unpack this file in your WoW root folder
It is, but I just tested with the ruRU file, and couldn't get a ZIP file under the 97kb limit imposed on attachments by this forum, as mentioned in the OP's posts.
yep you have to split it nor to use http://www.7-zip.org/, it has some better compression modes, rar/.7z is also platform independent, I have used in 7zip compression Ultra and PPMd method for all the packs ruRU included, and egingell if you 're too lazy to dl 7zip for nux or something else not my prob :D well at least dlding winrar/7zip compressor/extractor is so much faster than dlding at slow speed 500Mb languages packs and making extractions yourself ;)
Btw I dunno where to get 3.x updates for zhCN zhTW koKR that is why they are actually missing but if someone knows some places where I can dl languagepacks (if they exists) or install packs for these language feel free to let me know I will do the rest.
//edit: Found zhCN(posted), enCN
//edit: Found zhTW, enTW, not sure to get koKR this one is difficult to retrieve

I didn't realize that the limit was so low (and that file is huge).
Edit: P.S. Changing the extension to .rar doesn't work, at least not with WinZip11.
I use it because it's works better than the Windows version, has more features, and it's separate from Windows in that I can tell without a doubt that I'm looking inside an archive file.
rename to .rar/or .7z and open with winrar on windows, nor .7z for linux
Else Tekkub no they are not all 3.0.3 exactly , a fews are 3.0.1 and others greater that's why I just made a simple thread for the moment. What Im sure for now is frFR and enUS is 3.0.3for sure because frFR is my own client, enUS is another own client on nother computer I use to update wowdiff at googlecode
For enGB esES esMX deDE ruRU I extracted them from the Blizzard's LanguagePacks so I don't really know at which version but I guess its 3.0.1 according to that thread http://forums.wow-europe.com/thread.html?topicId=93930115&sid=1 they have been updated on 21/12
zhCN enCN is wow 3.0.5 (9294) which I took from here http://www.wowchina.com/download/client/
zhTW enTW I can get 3.0.1
Thats hard to gather the exact version 3.0.3 GlobalStrings because after 3.0.1 they are incremental patch and none of the tw/kokr packs has the full file its just the like the installer commiting small changes to the file but they are not stored in full
then this is a 3.x file, I have checked in mine it is in all, not in 2.4.3 files from oldsvn , main changes so they are for sure 3.0.1 or > but to version them exactly is quite huge job, they are still helpfull for svn bcuz you can still use them as base of futur fresh commits since I caught them almost all
I was tired of not being able to find current versions, so I just installed all the language packs (and the Chinese WoW client) and extracted them myself. Shouldn't take much effort to update them on patch day, though I probably won't notice immediately when it's patch day in China...
Also, enGB is currently identical to enUS, so I'm not sure there's any point in keeping it around. Has there ever been a difference?
Finally, I submitted a pull request for Tekkub's repo, so once/if he updates, you should be able to continue using the original URL.

And why are we uploading files to the forum... repos people! ugh... fine I'll go make one
I'll populate it here in a moment.
WinZip does RAR files. It won't make them, but it will extract them.
I use it because it's works better than the Windows version, has more features, and it's separate from Windows in that I can tell without a doubt that I'm looking inside an archive file.

Would be great if we got people from each locale that were willing to upload the file each patchday.
