I'm really having a hard time digging through the options. This is what I need.

For example: I want a message to scroll over me when stuff like Mind Blast has come off cooldown.

Example 2: A message to display when Devouring Plague has 3 or more shadow orbs.

I've never used advanced addons. Any help would be appreciated.

Using weakauras-2.
