Not sure if this is a good place to discuss this.
I recently placed 3 orders to exchanged my points to Paypal $, one in Feb., one in early Mar., and another one in mid-Mar. But looks like I only receive one from Curse.
Did anyone get similar issue?
You should contact [email]email@example.com[/email] - if you placed three orders, you should have been paid for two of them since PayPal payments are only processed around the first week of each month.
Two of the orders were placed this month, in March -- those won't get paid until the April payout (usually the first Monday of the month in my experience).
Also, if the February order was placed at the very end of the month, it may not have made it into the March payout. I'm not sure exactly what the cutoff is, but this has definitely happened to me in the past when placing an order in the last few days of the month.
It might help to have some clearer information about the payment schedule on the order page. I think the current language says something about "payment will be issued in the next 30 days" which isn't very informative, not always accurate, and somewhat counter-intuitive in the year 2015 where online payments are typically thought of as instant. Presumably you guys already have some specific rules about how you handle this stuff, so just spell it out so there's no confusion.
