Please tell me the new platform will have email notifications per-ticket instead of only on a per-project basis, and that ticket submitters will be auto-subscribed to their own tickets. :p
Strange coincidence: The team member who worked on the issue tracker hadn't yet implemented the notifications, so I was able to tell him how they should actually work. :D
