Would it be possible for the Curse Client to just open up a link to the project website's ticket manager page instead of directly submitting a ticket? That would have the advantage of using the ticket template that I've set up for my project.
At this point I don't even bother trying to figure out what Curse Client tickets are talking about, and just mark them all Invalid with a note instructing the submitter to post a new ticket from the project page if by some miracle they ever see it. Half the time it's not even clear whether the submitter had the right addon selected when they clicked "report a bug" in the Curse Client, or whether they're reporting an addon bug, a Curse Client bug, or a Windows bug, or even a bug at all.
