I would just change the colour of the unit frames a bit so it matches your Eepanels.
I Actually got inspired by your UI so redid mine:
showing: target, ToT, ToToT, and minimap wich is normally hidden :)

for my cooldowns im using hourglass which i modified a bit
and the font is clearfont using a font package from a compilation called MirageUI

thx alot that worked great but may i ask if i increase the size will that effect the over unitframes ..... i run my screen rezz at 1680x1050 . also is there a way i can add a castbar to it without borking the whole thing :P

Dont really know what oyu mean with the first but you could go just to the Frame's options by ctrl - rightclicking them and change the width/height or even scale until they're big enough for you.
Pitbull has a castbar feature so you sohuld find that somewhere to in the options. I use Quartz for castingbar tho :)

This is my UI, Its a clean and straightforward UI, with a large frame for Re-banishing/seducing.
Uhm... Mostly ace, but not everyhting.

Looks like stuff shifted around due to resolution change. Just need to tweak for your resolution :)

I think it's working fine but you just have to rescale and reposition stuff for your current resolution. :)
