Shapeshift buttons are directly to the left of my playerframe. Just the standard BT ones. I don't use anything special with them, they function fine for me as-is.
Oh, I put the ticker from kenergy over my castbar, the number is just the combo points.
@Phanx: can you add your layout to aUF_Layouts or share it here (as I know how to get custom layouts to show in agUF)? I really like your minimalistic approach.
PhanxMod is just a personal collection of stuff... currently it does enhanced friend notification (online/offline message in the UI errors frame, list online friends when I log on or zone), the darkened panel behind my action bar, and automatic enable/disable of my raid mods when I join/leave a raid mod with a prompt to reload the UI. There are no in-game settings for anything... I can send it to you if you want, send me a PM with your email.
My agUF theme is a modified version of Roartindon using some custom tags, both fed in through agUF_Stylist. If anyone wants it, I've packed it up here, along with my ag_UnitFrames saved variables: http://www.mytempdir.com/1258668
I have seen several people mention AgUF_Stylist. I tried looking around the Unit Frame section of the forums in some spare time but could not find anything. Just wondering what it does and where I could find it. Any help would be appreciated. I really like AgUF but I always find myself not being able to make it just how I want and end up going back to the default UIFrames.

All it does is feed in extra layouts and custom tags so that you don't have to modify the agUF files and have your changes overwritten with every update. The agUF theming system is pretty daunting at first... do you have any examples of what you want your unit frames to look like?
Also, forgot to include the custom texture I'm using pretty much everywhere in my UI now, lifted from Blizzard's Armory site. I don't think I was using it yet in the screenshots I posted, but it looks pretty nice, so here it is if anybody would like to use it: http://www.mytempdir.com/1259814

I have updated my UI once again, I am much happier now as it seems to fit together a bit more clearly.
Again comments are welcomed!

Looks good, Flare! What do you use for shapeshifting if anything? Plus, what's that beneath your playerframe?

And no, no that is not a picture of me trying on epics in the dressing room. You're completely mistaken. >_>
For the curious: a list of addons I'm using.
