What cooldown monitor are you using (above your target frame)? Also, what font are you using for your SCT? And last question, what is the blue bar on the bottom left?

I'm going to guess Filger, and the blue bar is Ara Broker XP.

Ara broker xp is correct.

The icons over my targetframe are procs / dots monitored by sFilter
