Kind of hard to give any meaningful feedback when half the UI isn't shown. All I can really say (other than the bit about hiding the cooldown bar when no cooldowns are ticking that was already mentioned) are that your minimap border doesn't match your button/icon borders and has gaps between it and the minimap; your buffs and minimap aren't anywhere close to aligned; your action bars overlapping your info panel at the bottom looks sloppy; and you info panel's background isn't correctly aligned with the text (more space above the text than below).
Was testing fullscreen resolution recording and encoding, and apparently it worked fine. Some encoding hiccup happened though, as the sound loops once.
Showing my UI in its full 1680x1050 glory (view fullscreen) for ~20 seconds of Molten Core action!
My latest creation (or abomination) is using a model to color the lost health part on the healthbars. Was trying to have a model on top of the healthbars which then scaled with it, but soon gave up and came up with the idea of having a model under it instead. But it doesn't seem to render sometimes, trying to figure out why.
The compression takes away some quality, but the empty parts are actually using a model to fill in the color. 'SPELLS\\RedRadiationFog.m2' to be exact. Looks better ingame. But the fact that it's taking some time to appear (fades in, can't do anything about it, it's scripted like that in the spell/model), I'm trying many different models. 'Environments\\Stars\\nexusraid_wormhole.m2' is the funniest so far ;)

I may be wrong but could you use :SetSequenceTime() and look up the sequence using the WoWModelViewer? I'm not sure though because I believe that particle affects are "built" up over time.

Doesn't preview in WoW Model Viewer, at least not for me. But I'll look into ":SetSequenceTime()" for this. And you might be right about particle-effects build up.
I started playing with a new UF mod last night, and came up with this UF. Tell me what y'all think.
Since taking the SS, I moved the name up and centered it over the frame. I realize I'll likely have to change the color of the MP text - that blue is hard to read without a background behind it.
My first real UI redone recently, based off of other UIs I have seen here and elsewhere. Thanks to them for all ideas.
Just made the switch from eepanels2 to kgPanels, Pitbull to Stuf frames.
This was kinda tough to make, getting everything spaced to fit on my oddball resolution. Here is the download link on WoWInterface. I will try to get around to making other resolutions.

Don't resize your screenshot... makes it really hard to see what's what when you shrink it down to 50% size or whatever. From what I can see though, it looks very heavy and crowded.

Any comments welcome.

Sorry for the gigantic delay, got all distracted by delivery of a shiny new TV last week.

Similar to my older UI's, i need ideas.
Oh btw, it's not finished, i know the Buffs are a bit off the height to the minimap and so on^^

What's with the light gray bar at the bottom of your screen? Looks really out of place and makes it hard to read the text overlapping it.
Good to see one of my favourite UI designers back \o/
Indeed, an I'm liking the new UI. Hopefully we will get to see it on WoWI in the future.
