True, but that is why I dont use recount :) Im used to having under 15mb of memory full raid, thats with raid mods and all on. see where im coming from :P?
No, because any time I see someone post something going on about how little RAM their UI uses, I just have to shake my head and laugh. Unless you're playing on a 386 or running 12 copies of WoW on the same machine, using 115mb of RAM for your UI won't affect your game's performance any more than using 15mb of RAM will. We're talking about a game that will happily use gigabytes of RAM, and you're making a big deal out of a few megabytes of static usage?
I'm glad you like it. After removing a few addons that were unused and fixing up a couple, I hope to get it on wowinterface tonight with a real page instead of just filefront. Would anyone like to help give the compilation a name?
I'm still waiting for ur upload on WoWI.
I think e good name is TaieDK :)
Minor inspiration from one of Ishtara's UIs for the unitframes and placement of the casting bars. I'm also using his IshBorder.tga from one of his UI packages, and the font is Visitor2. There's no UI scaling in this, but I'm considering going back to .64 (those Blizz dialogues just seem huge now).
I'm not sure if I want to stick with ElkBB or try something like SatrinasBF.
