I would get rid of the minimap buttons and make the target debuff bars line up with your Target and ToT frame (ie, down and left).
Try to center the bottom panel art... currently it's too far up and to the right, leaving uneven spacing between its edges and the buttons inside it. Likewise, move the trinket buttons down to line up with your action bars, and put the same border on them that you're using on your action bars (and every other button).

Updated on previous page with a raid shot :)
Overall it's a lot busier than I'd prefer, but I don't look at it and go "omg horrible". My only thoughts are that you have an unnecessary gap between the bottom edge of the screen and everything that's placed there (if it's for the chat edit box, use an addon to move that to the top of the chat frame), and that as a hunter you really don't need such large and detailed raid frames. I'd scale down the raid frames, and then move the tank frames up to the top right corner to line up with them. Also, a tiny detail about Recount... I think you need to adjust your bar height by 1 or something so that you can fit another bar in. Right now it looks like only 8 fit, leaving a blank space at the bottom.

a new one, just came back to WoW... Europe this time.
Tons of wasted space everywhere. I'd recommend moving the minimap down to the bottom right corner, moving your unit frames down and centering them over your action bars, and moving your totem timers (and whatever that lightning shield button is) over to the other side of the screen to counterpoint the buffs at the top. You could also move the quest tracker to the top left corner, and move your quest helper arrow over to the center top edge. Basically just line things up with each other rather than placing each thing individually without regard for the other elements of your UI, and avoid large gaps between UI elements to keep the center of the screen clear for actually seeing the game.

I'll try to center the panel and resize it.
For the trinket I can change the borders but Button Facade don' affect Item Rack and their style is from Timsans UI so I'll try to make Button Facade affect Item Rack. And yeah I already make them line up but I haven't taken any screenshot since so we can't see
You are my fucking hero. Its been so annoying parenting a panel to every frame especially considering party and raid frames change names.... although the colors on eePanels and Pitbull arent the same but thats fine by me.
