I think it's the Combat log that does it... Dock that behind your other chat frame, and move your aspects to the bottom right corner. Maybe make your pet frame/pet bar smaller, too. (or try them where the combat log is?)
yeah i tought about that but i like having my combat log shown. im currently moving a lot of things. im going back a bit to my previous layout but with the new "style".
I've never understood the minimalist trend with a lot of UIs theses days. The beauty of WoW is that there is a tremendous ammount of information available to the player and a good UI balances both the view of the world and the incoming information, sliding to one side or another depending on the player's role. A 25 man raid leader needs different information than say a level 63 solo player.
Cold does it well, a perfect 5 man setup. There is nothing cluttered about his UI.
The beauty of a good UI is being able to show all necessary information in a subtle, unobtrusive way. When UIs get cluttered or alarming, they draw the attention from the game-field, which is the most important thing on the screen, hands-down.
Here's what I've been working on lately.
I made custom agUF Unit and Raid frames, modified CyC_VolM, a few custom fonts and texture, etc. and everything is parented/scripted as well as it can be. Kind of a mix and match of alot of the different styles I've seen in this massive thread and elsewhere, with a little Sajo flair. ;) Still tweaking , but I feel it's almost there. Still trying to figure out if I like the 'bar-type' layout on the right.../shrug.
I'd love to have some feedback from the community.
Cheers.
seeeriously what do you guys see? I get a fullscreen pic of my interface.. with unitframes almost (better imho) like my old unitframes form 1.5 years ago (hence retro)

Nope for some reason it will only light up when you get a whisper. So now I merged my Guild with Whispers so I ocasionally tab ;)

Oh Indy, you and your bars stacked up on top of each other. I suspect childhood trauma involving Jenga.
(Also, you might wanna link full-size screenies instead of itty-bitty thumbnails.)
Have fun!
they are full size screenies.. 1280x1024.
That's a great looking font in the scrolling combat text.... what is it?
Thanks for the prompt answer, Seerah. ;)
