PG is a wasted program . with blocklist manager downloads the Ip list and will convert and save then as a .dat file for just about any torrent program

The Rotating Earth is called Desktop Earth and its a Dream Animated Wallpaper for DeskScapes
The top and bottom dock are ObjectDock+ with AeroMetal skin
The whole Vista look has been modified with WindowBlinds and the skin is called MetalVista 3.0
