I know that 3.1 is deployed today on US and tomorrow on EU, but what about others like China? I ask that because tomQuest2 have some 3.1 / 3.0 specific code, so once 3.1 is everywhere I'll remove 3.0 code.
China itself doesn't even have WotLK yet last i checked. I don't really worry about them, as they are not even hosted by Blizzard themself. They usually manage not to update, i guess.
The other parts of Asia (Taiwan, Korea) update on Thursday, i think.
Correct; from what I've read this is due to the Chinese government's refusal to allow content that includes skeletons and other depecitions of the dead, which they feel are disrespectful to a culture which reveres its ancestors. Given that the central theme of WotLK is an (un)dead guy, I'm not sure China will ever get WotLK...

As horrible as it sounds, I personally hope they don't. China's been the single factor holding back pandarens, if they never go past TBC then maybe there's a much better chance of us getting em!
