"Alright, starting to get a little irritated about this situation and maybe someone here can finally help me. My old wowace account just miraculously stopped working the other day. I've tried created accounts with both of my emails addresses and it tells me both of them are in use already, which is untrue since I only have one account. Can someone PLEASE just reset my old password so that I can post there again? I'm not creating a 3rd email just to be able to post. I've messaged Kaelten on the wowinterface site twice, and spoken to other people. I don't want to lose all the mail in my inbox on the site.
I love the wowace site but if no one is willing to help me, since I can't post I'm just going to stop going there. This has been going on for two weeks already with no answer and I can't post on their site, I can't ask what the problem is. "

Okay, this is the person who's login doesn't work. Funny this is also an account I tried to create yesterday that told me this email was already used, but since I'm posting on it, it obviously still made it.
I know how to log into the wowace forums, my login just stopped working two weeks ago. I can give my other email address and my username. I just don't want to lose all the emails that were in my inbox, or my post count.
If you're not getting the password reset email, it's likely that your email provider is blocking the message as spam. Check your spam folder, or add "curse.com" (I think) to your whitelist.
Thanks Phanx, but it's not in my spam folder. Some password resets just really hate AIM I think. I can try the whitelist thing but I'm not sure it's going to help. I'm just sad to lose all my mail in my inbox.
Yeah, I've never used AOL mail, so I have no idea how their whitelist feature works, if they even have one. I also don't know the full email address that the reset message is sent from, as I've haven't needed to reset my password since long before the change, but you might need to find out what it is if you need a full address to whitelist.
I think at this point I'm kind of going with the fact that I'll never get it back. I sent Kaelten a pm over at wowinterface with my username and email address, but he hasn't responded, so I'm not sure there is much else I can do. I just don't quite understand how it could just stop working all of a sudden.
