edit3: found problem: doesn't work with ouf + ouf_industrial layout... damn.
r383 should be able to fix that just fine, but I'll take a look at it.
(It's oUF which is killing of the targetframespellbar, so it will happen regardless of layout. Industrial's layout doesn't touch the targetframecastbar for example.)
I think this is the only addon I've had ever since I started playing and haven't ever considered replacing. It's simple, not terribly pretty, but very very useful.
I don't see a screenshot or anything of that. I use myBindings2.

Great for when you change specs, and want a different layout. It's really useful if you want to use someone else's account, since you can instantly change their actionbar settings. Just hope that the other person has the mod too, or they might be miffed off :)
BaudManifest is better in my opinion. It's much easier for me to read. It actually spoils me, though -- it's hard for me to use the Blizzard bags now...
Edit: wow.curse.com/downloads/details/7221/ if you're curious.

That looks awesome. Have you had any problems since it hasn't been updated in several months? If not, I would love that. I know my brother would love that too. It'd make switching out talent builds a snap, I bet. That plus that new keybind profiler, and we'd be set.

I'm not sure if this Addon is actually not found on Ace, maybe it's just that I haven't found it. I'm still using "Ecastingbar" that hopelessly outdated, which provides:
Castingbars for me, my target, my focustarget and a Mirrorbar, that I can place wherever I want. It's very basic and simple.
Another not-aced Addon thats great is Jim's cooldown pulse, which shows the icons of ready spells for a short "pulse" on your screen.

eCB was just updated a day or two ago. It's on WoWInterface.
About Butsu being sexy.
I liked what I saw in that screenshot, so I got the ole svn hookup to Butsu.
I am pretty sure I am missing it, but is there a command for brining up a config interface?
Trying to rut through the code, I saw some X/Y coordinates, but manualy changing them didnt seem to move the loot box, which happens to be right where I put my party frames.
There currently aren't any configurations in Butsu (and possibly never will be *gasps*). You can move the frame by holding down <Alt> and dragging it however. It will position itself under the mouse if you have that selected in the Interface options.
oTweaks is far from done however, it was just what I managed to write up before I went to bed yesterday.

Butsu doesn't really need more, perhaps a way to skin it - but diving into the code/images works too :) What's with the obsession to get in game GUI configs? It works fine as it is, comes a touch above my cursor, and boom I got it. :)

Nice! I can't wait to give this a try.

oTweaks ahh but I believe this was Ace2'ed.
Haste, I did not notice this on your SVN. Do you still have this going, if not by another name?
I'll see what I can do about that.
