Ya know, for the most part these forums are fine if you're reading every day. But if you post something in a highly active thread then come back in a few days or a week to see what might have transpired, it is a huge pain to find your old post so you can read replies. I see the option 'Show new replies to your posts' but that merely shows me threads I've posted to and doesn't take me to the page I posted in. Maybe I'm missing something - if there is a way to jump to my post so I can read the follow-ups that's exactly what I'm looking for. Reading backwards is difficult and searching each page for my name is tedious.
Thanks in advance if there are any better methods than I'm using!
Click your forum profile page and look down near the bottom for "show last posts by this person". This gets you a list of your recent posts, and each entry includes a link directly to that post within the particular thread.
If you use the "Show new replies to your posts" or "show unread posts since last visit" links, then click on the "NEW" button (between thread name and page numbers) to jump to the first unread message in the thread.
