edit: but yes, you can specify x,y coordinates for every element. All you need to do is open up the options. ;) Type either /sltimex or /slt or /timex *or* access it through Niagara, DeuceCommander, or Addon Preferences.
I added dragging to SLTimex this morning, however I'm still a little unhappy with the feature as it's a little touchy. Because of the Anchor/Justification style I'm using, dragging and re-locking the module will result in a slight bump when the Anchor & Text justification re-load themselves. Simply use the X & Y Offset sliders for that module to tweak it to the exact location you desire.
Also, I changed it so that if you change the Parent anchor for a module, it will reset the X & Y Offset to 0 so that it doesn't fly off somewhere into the blue yonder. Commands for opening the GUI are /slt, /timex, /sltimex. Have fun :)
