I thought clearfont2 was supposed to change all of the in-game text to a certain font, but it doesn't change my Ag_UF font or my NPC name plates, etc. Please help!

Ag_UF uses its own settings for fonts IIRC, you should be able to change them within the Ag_UF options.

You need to follow the "infamous step 2" in the ClearFont2 readme to get the nameplate fonts changed.

No. It's just not necessary anymore for the mod to function.

branch version of aguf allows users to override the font used no matter the theme/layout.
