Works great so far, should mention for the addons that begin with a '!' to contain them with in apostrophes, for those who don't realize it right off hand. Other than that there are still some addons which aren't lod supported such as !!!StandaloneLibraries, Bigwigs, and PeriodicTable-3.0. Hopefully you can update the LOD scripts to contain them. Though I think with the way its currently implemented it wouldn't support the libraries directly from lod on !!!StandaloneLibraries but I could be wrong.
I may wind up changing the way the script processes the LoD addons.. currently as I have it, I have basically hardcoded the paths of the known LoD modules, and it attempts to LoD each of them, regardless of it being updated (it checks for existing directories, if they exist, then move/rename them as needed)
I thought of just simply running each addon's lod.sh script if it exists, but this poses problems.. most of the LoD scripts I've seen included with addons do -no- error checking. deletes the directories in /AddOns then tries to move them out of /AddOns/AddonLoDDirs. If the addon is updated, this is fine, however, running the same script twice will delete the modules.. not good..
A workaround I'm thinking of, is calling the script, then deleting the called script.. this would effectively eliminate accidentally running it twice.. if the addon is updated, then it will re-include the script.
The SVN script works a bit differently, so this shouldnt pose a problem either way.
I can't do it today, but if I have some time over the weekend, I'll update this thread. (i'm a trucker who works 12-14hrs a day, 5-6days a week, and an avid gamer as well.. soooo.. not much time left for coding :) but I'll try to work it in. )
