well, torhal, as discussed on IRC, I'm going to look into cleaning up QTip wrt frame recycling and look into adding click support to the lib itself since it shouldn't be much overhead the way I intend to do so. Though it would most likely be click only, don't see why OnEnter would be needed...
my plan is to show some tooltips when you mouse over so OnEnter/OnLeave would be needed
As stated two post above that's something I use in tomQuest2 when overing a quest or achievement in the tooltip it will display the quest / achievement tooltip. But I also see this as usefull to display item tooltip when overing an item in the tooltip.
so yeah tooltip on a tooltip is something usefull :)
The lib isn't really "finished". I slapped up a proof-of-concept, Adirelle added the callbacks, and that was the extent of it. I agree that people shouldn't have to delve into the internals, but yssaril has so far been the only person who's needed to. It will be remedied :)
Ah, yes indeed. Sorry if my previous post sounded like hell / fire and brimstone, totally not intentional. :)
However if LibQTip did manage to create the whole "tooltip on a tooltip" situation... it would make it rather versatile :)
