I'd like to know if there is a means to convert ACE2 or ACE 3 addons to use the Rock framework. I have coding experience and am thinking about diving into LUA.
I've heard rumors that the libraries are shared and the main difference is in the configuration - is that the case? Can anyone explain how Rock is different than ACE?

Its easy to go Ace2 -> Rock, Prat's core addon runs with either Ace2 or Rock, and it uses only one codebase. you can toggle between them by setting a flag in Prat.
(I never got around to migrating all the modules.)
