I am not sure if there is any easy way to achieve that. But what I did is to create a set of text frames (create a frame template which will have all the required text frame in one single "row" that have all the "columns"), and then duplicate it (create frames from template to create multiple "rows").
And draw the table border.
Accountant Classic is the example.
