Tooltip Wrangler is the only addon that I've been able to find that moves all tooltips.

It is old.

Could someone either update it, replace it or incorporate it's features in another existing tooltip addon.

I use TipTac and like it but it won't move all Tooltips. Example: tooltips from standard blizzard bag items; Arkinventory tooltips.

I've also used other tooltip addons, TipTop, CowTip, etc. None of them move all the tooltips like Tooltip Wrangler did/does.

If there is an addon that will move all the tooltips that I've missed, please let me know.

TinyTip always moved everything for me.

What is the problem with TTW?
I still got a working TTW....
