cause i've already went to wintergrasper advanced author he was ugly to the guy that suggested it first and so i asked tb master author he hasn't responded.
If you want so many addons written/modified, you should probably just learn how to do it yourself. Nobody here writes addons on demand, and nobody here is going to publish a modified version of someone else's addon without the original author's permission, so unless someone thinks one of your ideas is super amazing and something they'd use themselves, you're probably not going to have much luck with your seemingly endless stream of requests. Modifying existing addons is generally pretty easy, and Lua is a very easy programming language to learn. The community is more than willing to help you out if you're making some effort to help yourself and asking specific questions.

the author of winter grasper said on curse thread if anyone wants to do whatever they can cause he isn't taking requests or updating on his time whatever. so i'm only pitching an idea
fyi i'm not interested in what you think about my idea submissions or whatever. i can post as many ideas as i feel needed, i don't come here everytime i find or think an addon is needed but if you want to nerd troll me go ahead.

i have no idea how to program other than program menus hence why this forum is created. To give people that have legit ideas a chance. i'm sorry i'm using this forum for what its created for. My bad.

i get trolled by DEVS in game, they study me, they watch me in every heroic i join. they use my personal info and throw it around battle grounds, heroics, trade. even time i goto customer service forums they lie for their company as a whole.
half time i leave a battle ground when i get out there is atleast 5 people surrounding my character.
even athene's crew got beat by my 2v2 partner and i.

my only purpose for posting here is: there is a lot of great addons, a lot of addons that i've been using since world of warcraft launched.
i think with a few changes, updates or suggestions we can keep those addons up and running for new comers, pros, casuals and i'm working on a site to help people know what addons are good, which to use for pvp, pve ect, whats better and why.
at the same time i'm helping out authors by testing their addons, i'm also helping authors improve their addons by reporting bugs, i'm also helping authors get more downloads which means more traffic to their page which means its a possibility that author will get donations.
currently, about 5-7 authors have worked with me to change or fix something.
heres a list top of my head.
ouf d3orbs light addon im the guy that circulated the addon over world of warcraft forums. im the guy that a random from that gaming youtube company copied d3orbs dubstep Fc videos.
im that guy that offered a suggestion oufd3orbs to make the orbs sizable.
im that guy that offered a suggestion to oufd3orbs author to Add pet orbs because if u play a lock, hunter or unholy dk you have to enable frames for your pet and it doesn't make sense to not have orbs for your hit points/mana/energy for you and not your pet too.
im that guy that suggested to tidy plates author on their website on their suggestion forums to add Stars on name plates aswell as other things.
guy told me to go somewhere else and ask someone else. so i did.
tidy plate author/s updated their addon like a week ago.
guess what they added? stars.
im that guy that tested faircombopoints too and tested it out on 10 level 85s and got back to that author that he needed to fix coding cause he released an addon that didnt work.
i gave that author valuable info on what he needs to add
i can go on but i'm setting up a Bh raid. good day

Edit: It may not specifically state this, but the idea behind this forum is to post ideas for addons that you plan on writing and to get feedback on said idea (good, bad, possible, practical, etc.).

Telling you to do something yourself isn't trolling. If you want to call everything that doesn't agree with you a troll, I guess that's your choice, but that's not really what that word means.

If you really believe Blizzard employees are sharing your personal information with other players, you should probably be off doing something about that instead of complaining about it here.
