I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, or if it's an appropriate question, or if the psychic WowAce community will now have me killed in my sleep (ninjas, please), but the old DoIKnowYou addon still works, but has errors.

I don't know of any other addon that lets you rate a player, even in a simple yes/no fashion, so that you can know by seeing their name if you want to raid with them, so I'd really miss it if it killed over...

Unless, of course, there's something similar, or someone has added this functionality to another addon, in which case I'd be more than happy to try it out.

I did look at Badapples, and I guess it'll work in a pinch, but there's some good ones out there, too, and the friends list is seriously lacking in capacity for keeping track of them all. So maybe someone can make "Apples", or something.

Karma does ratings and such, but is a bit "heavier" than DIKY, from what I recall.

Karma looks to be even more out of date that DIKY, although I like the idea of it automatically keeping track of partying...that's cool.

It was updated last month for 3.3... no errors here. Don't see how that's so out of date. :P

Okay, you are definitely correct, I just didn't look at wowinterface. Looked here, Curse, and Googled it...lol. Anyway, thanks for the link, I will definitely give it a try. Just getting back in to the game and really didn't want to have to depend on DIKY since it doesn't even appear that anyone else is using it...

Karma is sort of confusing. I see people with colored names, but I have no idea why, or how to look an individual person up unless I've partied with them...and it colors people I may or may not have partied with.

Would 'Have We Met' do what you need? It's pretty straightforward to use (waay simpler than Karma!) although i'm not sure if it can share the data with guild etc

I will certainly give it a try. It feels like Karma has all the advanced features, and none of the basic ones...

I never did find a way to just look somebody up unless they'd been in my party.

HWM is downright useless. I can't even target a person, nor do I know if they suck until after I've already partied with them again...

Bah, I went back to Karma, and I figured out how to look people up. It's pretty nice. Thanks guys. :)
